This marks one solid week that I have not used smokeless or any other sort of tobacco. So far the "patch" & a 5 pound bag of gummyworms have made great allys. Maybe next week it's the big bag of M&M peanut candies?. Hope you ladies don't mind if I gain a couple of pounds during this effort.

You are to be commended on your progress.
Soon you will need no props and will simply
consider tobacco disgusting and evil.
Your lungs are improving already, and
in no time you will be able to do
unlimited doggie in a very vigorous way,
satisfying and ravishing an unending array
of babes who will be moaning and howling with lust.
I lost two uncles to lung cancer.
They suffered horribly and looked like
withered AIDS victims for the eight months it took them to die. That is the sad fate of most long term smokers,
and not a good way to go.
It would be better to pass away at the very
explosive end of doggie or
during the final slurp of a bbjtc.

Awesome to hear that Patriot. Keep us posted.

That will happen, you'll be able to smell and taste stuff you weren't able to before.

Carry on!

anything I can satisfy my oral cravings with. (I wish I could afford to have my ATF with me 24/7 )LOL.
As mentioned "smokeless" tabacco was/is my demon. So at least the smell of others smoking has no effect on me. It is the ORAL thing combined with the nicotine addiction (there is a lot in smokeless tabacco) that is the bitch.

 Thanks for the support.

You should also try jolly ranchers. I quit 7 years ago but still suck on the candy.

Because now I cannot stand the smell or taste of smoke at all. I mean it literally makes me nauseaus, and that can be problematic at times. It also quickly lays to rest anyones telling me "I don't smoke, I was just AROUND smokers." When it's coming out of your pores, it's YOU, not someone around you! EEEKS! :)

You're doing great.  I'm in the same boat, it's been 7 weeks now cold turkey.  There are times I climb the walls, and I chew more gum than I knew existed, but it's gotta be done.  Just remember there are guys (and gals) out there rooting for you.

In addition to the positive effect stop smoking will have on you, just think of all the people who won't be adversely affected by your second hand smoke.  I would like to thank you on behalf of all breathing human beings
