Another photo thread- sorry- but have to ask...

I am getting ready to get some new photos- FINALLY!! Woohoo!

I am planning on doing most of them in a beautiful location, both outdoors and inside. How do guys feel about seeing photos on a lady's website that have another guy in them? Hot or a turn-off? (Not pornographic, mind you- but like dancing and drinking/eating together.) Is it a good thing or a bad thing?

Also, list your top 5 favorite types of photos! Just for fun. Like, cheesecake/pin-up, boudoir, gowns, suits, jeans, costumes, implied nudity, etc.

And what are some cool props you've seen ladies use? I remember seeing someone's website a while back and she had a Venetian Carnival mask. Cool or creepy?

And do any kinds of photos totally turn you off?

Thanks so much for your input!!

Because they show the real girl.

With photoshop honey.. I can make Chris Christie look like Bobby Jindal.

I am not paying my hard earned cash for the best photoshopped girl.

Personally, I want to vision what you and I look like together - not you with some other guy.  Again, just my opinion.

Lingerie, jeans, bikini's are great.  Most of all whatever you feel comfortable in.  If you're comfortable then your pics will come across great.  Always smile or have a sexy look in your eye.
My 2 cents worth.

Have fun - just leave the dude out.  Although if you want me in the pics then I'm all in.  :)

If you look at www.mykristen.com, she has a guy in some of her photos that ADDS to her overall appeal. No one wants to picture you banging some ugly fk, that they look better than lol. I think the majority like a mix of all types of photos, but don't just do "body parts." Those make guys think we are hiding something. Make sure to get full body shots, even if clothed, from both front and back.

Good luck in your new shoot!!

Um, just because a photo is high resolution does not mean it is photoshopped. Cell shots are not conducive with a sophisticated or high end image. That's just a fact. I would use them on a blog, twitter, etc. but not on a website you've paid a lot of money for. What's the point? You can run a backpage ad with cell shots and make money, but it won't help you make MORE money.

cell phone look (low resolution) and just edit the body type. It's really easy. I've even done this for real life friends to post on their Facebook pages so their ex-boyfriends didn't know they gained weight.

Then I've had P4P friends who only post UNedited pro photos. All they have to do is ask the photographer for a high resolution disc of UNedited photos. The good photogs will comply.

I love Jessica Knightly's 2 photos where you see a gentleman in a suit holding her legs and in a formal shirt that's open and she leaning into him.  Those images permit me to imagine myself with her at that moment.  Her other images shows her different looks.

I'd suggest a mix of images such as a casual sundress, dinner dress and some boudoir shots.  Personally, nothing turns me off when an object in the background that ruins the shot.  Hire a very good hair and makeup artist and him/her or them present throughout the shoot.  That way you can change your hair and makeup and get multiple looks out of one shoot.  Also, have you wardrobe, shoes, belts and jewelry laid out together to save time during changes.  If you have a friend you can bring to assist you all the better.  Photo shoots can be very stressful and the last thing you want is to forget to smile.

If your budget permits host the shoot in an upscale hotel.  You'll have at least 3, 4 or maybe even 5 areas to use as backdrops: desk and chair, window and balcony, dresser and armoir, bathroom and bed.

Candid smart phone shots are good in that they show an unedited depiction of the subject.  Just remember to check the surroundings for unmentionables, undesirables and unflattering angles.

Have fun!

getting what I am seeing. Cell phone shots are good way to assure that the same takes place.

Whether she is good provider or not can be checked through BC and Reviews.

A lot of guys don't care much for glam pics..Trust me on this one...

My preference is more boudoir type, satin and lace, etc. But your photos should
Really represent who you are ( personality) not what you think others may want to see you as.
Sometimes opposites may be intriguing to some guys, e.g. girl next door in jeans and t-shirt
Balanced with very sexy pics with stockings/garters,etc.

It's not a turnoff, but it's not a turn-on either.

I don't have a favorite type of photo.  Just make sure they are representative so that when I see you, I don't start thinking that the pics were a much better representation than in real life.

Hah! That reminds me a popular agency with the initials "AC" that services most major markets.  There is always one large picture and then 2-6 smaller pictures to mouse over.  The small pics always seems like a puzzle. You see a close-up of some skin, some shadow, some lace ... and you still don't know what you're looking at.  Is that her cleavage?  Her elbow?  Her neck below her ear?  Nope ... it's the space between her toes.

They do have other pics for VIP members. I've used AC several times but I never registered on the web site.  I guess I'll just have to continue to puzzle it out.

Especially if he is good looking..
Just sayin'

For me the sexiest pose by far has to be
When she is on her stomach knees bent.
Catching her heel in her thong, and pulling on it.

Also French cut jeans barefoot, and topless.
Covering the boobs with one arm folded.
The other pulling down the jeans a little by the hip.

I think a mask is better than a blur also.

Good luck on your new pics!

Seriously, no other guys want to see you with a dude in the picture unless they are gay.

Thanks for the tips!

Yes, I want them to be as honest as possible, as my current photos are. I want my potential new friends to walk in and think- wow- better than her pics!

I also want to have fun with this- interesting props, maybe some whimsical shots, etc. I'm really excited! :)

cellphone shots can tend to be grainy and bad quality. You can hide a lot of sins with graininess. I want to show off my sins so the equally sinful can find me. :D

Plus I want to have FUN with this!!

I will do my best to keep them as honest as possible. I want my new friends to be excited to meet the real me and surprised for the better when they do. :)

Especially this one!

Yes, I have a fabulous location picked out. It has all the right qualities! I am also one of those people who notices stuff in the background. I will be sure to pay some attention to that.

I would love to find someone to help, but that's hard when nobody knows what they are for...lol!!

A lot of the korean girl ads here in Los Angeles are white backgrounds and then they wear a light colored outfit plus their white skin tones.... white on white on white... not sexy.  A good photographer should be able to tell you what colors go good for your complexion tied with the clothes and backdrop.  Oh- and the colors orange and red were once though of as colors that make you hungry- remember the '70s McDonalds?  According tho this page- very scientific!- red is the color that gets guys aroused

I am fond of the impromptu cell phone shots, too- to a point.  A lot of lady's seems to try and focus on taking the shot and the picture makes them look like a witch sometimes- their expression is just angry (even if they aren't- it comes out that way).
