Let me say this about "time zones" and "jetlag"

They SUCK!

True that, I fly N to S and back all the time

and almost always drink on the plane, It doesn't seem to bother me a bit. Crossing a dozen time zones is a totally different matter though.

Jet lag's a bitch

I've been to Thailand several times and the 23 hours of flying time and 12 hour time difference really throw me off. It takes at least a week before I'm back to normal. It doesn't stop hobbying but it makes it harder (no pun intended).
