So I joined the VPN community about a year ago and it was nice to see this site, but TER was a ghost town. Now at least the reviews and discussion boards are back. The other sites are OK but man, TER rules the roost! Our long national nightmare is finally over!
TER will only really be back once new reviews start coming in and online user counts get back to normal.
Personally, I'd like to know what the reason was for reopening, but doubt that's going to be shared.
Fingers crossed things are safe and legit and return back to normal. How else am I supposed to know if CIM is on the menu or not without you TER? The anguish these past months!!!
talked to since they let their VIP lapse after TER went dark. Only a few have reinstated so far. I also posted on the Kgirl board. Most SoCal mongers still check that at least monthly using VPN even though posts there have been scarce for awhile.
It's hard to believe that the viewership here is less than 1% of what it was before FOSTA/SESTA. Restoring the US profiles and reviews is a good first step. Restoring the ad boards will help too, but unrestricted US access is what is needed for TER to make a full recovery. Right now TER is like a coma patient that just moved his little finger ever so slightly. It's a sign of life, but the patient has hardly recovered. lol
It is very slow to say the least. Is there a better option for me to use? Any help would be gratefully appreciated to make my visit include less idle time.
As to how the site repopulates only time will tell. There were many diehard fans to the site but perhaps they have no idea it's even to the point it is now. TER has always been able to send me emails yet none has come announcing the new changes. I'm sure sending out batch-emails would be the way to go but the undertaking would be huge.
Reviews were always the growth factor for TER ; to prevail this has to takeoff again.

Haley, There are free proxies built in to the Epic and Opera browsers, and perhaps others. Not secure encrypted VPN, maybe, but they work to access TER from the US. I'm using one here and now.
I'm seeing all of the the reviews being posted. Now to update the websites that are tied to the profiles.. i see a lot of "Problem Reports" being submitted...Let's see how this plays out. But it's a good thing...
