TER already has had a transexual provider win Ms. TER several years ago, which is a similar kinda thing. Several of us (none of whom has actually seen a trans provider to my knowledge) helped her get elected. It was Sasha2Cute. Also, unless or until this site gets back to its old prominence, there just aren't enough people here for your idea to matter. I assume there are trans sites where those inclined can go if they want.
With the reduction in ACTIVE members the last 16 months, the problem with your proposal is that it will take several years to even get enough transsexual providers with enough reviews to qualify for the top 100 to make it an elite group, and so you in the meantime you will have T-girls with average scores of 5 or 6 making the top 100. To make the provider top 100 board now, a girl needs an average TER review score of 9.2+.
