Strippers will start accepting the one dollar coins if that's what guys put up on the rail. They won't like it but they won't really have any choice.  The average customer who sits at the stage and tips a buck or two per song isn't going to start tipping $5 just because that's the smallest denomination of paper money available. Some enterprising clubs may print up some $1 coupons that you can purchase and tip the girls with.  Of course, the club will probably add a surcharge on both ends...

FWIW, Stage tip money is a relatively small part of a dancers income in any strip club that also offers private dances or VIP rooms.  That's where the money is and one dollar bills don't come into play there.

Lastly, Even a good dancer probably makes less than $200 or $300 in "stage money" over the average shift.  If an escort is going to change careers over what amounts the price of a one hour appointment...well, that's not likely to happen.
