There are 50 listings of ladies in my city on P411. About 10 appeal to me. Of those a few I can't meet due to schedule  mismatches  and various other reasons. Then there are 2 that I have been contacting several times the last few months. One won't respond and the other always has an excuse. They both have superb reviews being described as quick responders.
   I have 10 oks on P411. Ladies, are there things on a guys profile that puts up a red flag?
I am beginning to get a complex. Maybe I would feel better if they told me "It's not you, it's me".

You can't limit your odds like that.

Go back to the others now and compromise a bit here and there.

Be sure the way you approach them is respectful and safe.  Read the Newbie Manual if you haven't lately and follow the advice there.

If you said you had contacted 10-12 girls and had the same issues...well...that would be a problem.

No I am never explicit or aggresive in communication. I know they get the message because P411 sends me an email telling me they checked the profile. Thanks for the advice. Just  bothers me to read all these great  reviews and i can't partake. LIike going to  a restaraunt, they show you the menu but  you can't have the food

First off, like the others, I think you are likely too picky.  This is not Match . Com  You are looking for a gal to spend a pleasant hour.  You might or might not see her again.  
Do not limit yourself to P411.  Search TER for recent reviews in your area.

seems sometimes you are asking yourself, "WTF, I can't even get pay to get pussy" and a week later you are getting PM's asking if you want to hook up. Shit happens.

We have other "things to do" and sadly, life gets in the way of things sometimes.

If you haven't presented any flags then who knows what the reason is? Don't take it personally. I like Alyson's POV. Let her know you really want to see her and let it go. Make it clear there's an open invitation and change course. Of the other 8 I'm thinking I could work something out.

this hobby costs a lot, and if you were to set up a date with a lady you weren't really attracted to, I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment.  When I look in P411, and apply my selection criteria (price, height, attractive photos, natural, etc.) then check reviews, I'm left with less than 10% of ladies - and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this.  If this WAS Match.com, then looks would be a little less impotant, and other less shallow factors would figure in, like common interests, education level, politics, kids, etc., etc.  But this isn't a dating site, so if you are paying buttloads of $ to a lady for 1 or 2 hours of sex, it only makes sense to pick ladies that you find extremely attractive.  Just had to offer this counterpoint to the notion that you are being too selective.

Good point BUT he has 10 ok's these 2 could be contacting. Some do no other verification when using p411 so they reach out to the gents ok's for more info. If he was not dangerous and paid some give the ok. Does not mean they would see him again. It very well could not be what in saying BUT I would not rule it out.
