And that's why I think it would be useful if TER required ladies to stay ACTIVE for a certain period of time in order to stay it to that list.

I was going through the list, book marking ladies I like but noticed quite a few names of providers that have either

1) retired and long since left the business
2) got busted and went silent
3) taking a long break
4) semi-UTR

In other words, if you try contacting them more than likely they won't respond AT ALL either because they are out of the business and didn't get your message or not taking new clients.

Also, as a side note, it looks to me like some immature hobbyists have posted bad reviews of some of the providers in retaliation (whom I know are retired but they dont) because they think the providers are not responding to them.  This has actually happened to 3 ladies I know. I don't know how common this happens but it seems not all hobbyists are mature.

The top 100 list has been discussed ad nauseum on the gd, ro, and local boards, concerning its' flaws. As the saying goes "it is what it is" Don't loose any sleep over the list. As someone who travels a lot, I use it, only as a starting point for my search, when I'm visiting a city for the first time.  I've found in certain cities it's accurate, others not so accurate.

I study the top 100 s gorgeous clothes and sites and reviews. And hope to be on it one day too.!!!!! yeah I know  a big dork.
