I thought I had a way, but it's not accurate.

I guess you could try sending them a personal mail and see if it bounces.

So why do you want to know anyway?

It won't bounce.  It'll go to their mailbox but they won't be able to retrieve it.  So you won't know if it's a basic member or a VIP who chooses not to answer.

It's a secret :-)

There is no way to tell VIP or not.  Even the board moderators cannot tell the difference.  We are a community and I did not want people to be discriminated against based on VIP Status.
