It would be good manners to continue to shower - the economy will swing, and

In good economic times, I have often found it difficult to see a new lady. She was so busy that she ignored many emails from non-regulars. She was sometimes a bit brusque about setting something up even if she wanted to. It was a "sellers" market.

In the good times, men should take the lesson to respect and value the lady's time, to make themselves the kind of client a lady wants to see, to be clean, well groomed, respectful, timely etc, to avoid the NC/NS on his part.

In these comparatively poor times, I am finding that any email feelers I send out are responded to very quickly, potential new ladies are very solicitous - they are very open and enthusiastic about the potential of meeting me. Ladies with whom I used to need to schedule a week in advance are ready on a two hour notice. It has become more of a buyers market.

In the poor times, the ladies should take the lesson to value the gentleman's business, to show genuine interest in meeting the gent, to show appreciation for his investment in her, to work at a consistent quality of service, to manage her schedule so as to avoid the NC/NS on her part.

Both lady and gent should remember these lessons in times good and bad.

We would all be happier for it.

Cheers

Gregory

Especially in tight financial times many gents are unwilling to try out an "unknown quantity". I can understand if a gent can only see one lady that he would not want to take any chances on being dissappointed.

We should not all be judged by another's mistake. :)

I have always been expedient when responding to emails. I will continue to be, no matter if I am slow or busy. I take my skills that I have honed from the corporate world and from my parents' teachings.

Hugs,
Ciara

you know, I love the desert, though I've spent more time in New Mexico than in Arizona. But I would dearly love to make your acquaintance. Perhaps a detour on my next trip to San Diego....

There is never a good reason to be anything less than friendly!  I'm always happy to hear that someone is interested in spending time with me. :D

I'll be the one standing between the two V'd palm trees, wearing only a silk scarf with a spitting camel behind me. :)

I haven't really been trying to contact any new ladies in the past year or so but in the past I have found a fair amount of responses from ladies to both extremes. Call it a hobby, call it a "sport" if you like but it IS a business. Some ladies are just better at it than others.

The only way to truly gauge an over-all change in provider response due to the economy would be to contact the same ladies who ignored you or dragged their feet in the past and see if they respond any faster...

availability may be more frequent yet busy or not, personal respect for the Gentlemen we see should not change.  This is a business of pleasure and thrives on respect on both sides.

From a business standpoint, some providers are just better at customer service than others are.
I don't think the economy has a lot to do with it.
