Maybe I'm crazy but it seems that over time providers get better at their 'art'. When I read a review for a newbie I make a mental note to check back in about 6 months. Sure enough, the newbie starts providing more and more 'perqs'. The cover comes off during bj's the tongue starts DFK'n and she gets generally more into her work. Often even CIM's or Greek. Once in awhile a newbie is sooooo into her 'work' that it is apparent in the first few reviews. They're some of my favorites.

IMHO a provider reaches peak performance at about 2 years into the biz. Just about the time she's getting ready to retire.
