...for strength and core training with sports nutrition mixed in. I told him, "Don't worry, I love lean meat, veggies and fruit"... He suggested if I were trying to get 'lean' he wouldn't suggest fruit. I said, 'oh, no. I want to keep my curves that's my...' (escort identity) stopped there.

So. Now I have to ask him how I'm going to do all of this without losing my boobs and ass lol. I also really want to f*** better. I don't think I can put that down as goals.

Any suggestions on what my goals would be if these are my 'real' goals?

1. Ride longer, faster, and harder on top
2. be more flexible so I'm not waddling after I see an animal
3. have more ability to kick some ass if some dude gets out of control (may have to take martial arts)
4. Run faster if he pulls out a machete
5. Keep my curves so there's more cushion for the pushin?
6. Knee strength so I can do more CG and RCG while squatting up and down?
7. Have the ability to do more positions hahaha. (I can do a bunch, but who doesn't need to improve, right?)

This was kinda' a joke, but it really is vocational training, lol. Seriously, my appointment where we discuss goals is coming up, and he doesn't know that my occupation requires physical movements that are somewhat out of the norm. This actually may make caloric intake a bit of a challenge, because I try to keep my 'occupation' story the same everywhere I go.

I get addicted to running/exercise and do it all the time, just haven't been able to due to my recent physical disability.

Now that I'm a mean fucking machine, may have helped a bit... but if I'm exercising all the time, I don't want to lose my womanly figure, which is easy to do when running. Maybe want to lose a little, but not a bunch.

Some trainers go BSC and wipe out a huge chunk of carbs. Choose low glycemic fruits, mostly the dark berries and you'll be fine. Sorry this is a little passion of mine.

Sets of Barbell squats in the 12-15 repitition range will turn you into a RCG/CG marathoner. Congratulations on being hooked on exercising .When you and others start seeing the results of your diet and work outs it becomes easier and easier to avoid eating junk food and not miss a scheduled workout.Ive been working out and dieting since January 1st 2013 and lost 46 lbs. I used to weigh 206 lbs and currently weigh 160 lbs. I went from size 36 pants to size 30 and gained a lot of muscular definition and 6 pack abs. I feel so much better when it's time to "get comfortable". To keep from blowing my diet I have 1 or 2 treat meals on Saturdays,usually after a session with my ATF, where I eat anything I want in moderation. I  get a taste of my old favorite junk foods and then I'm able to go back eating clean foods the rest of the week.  Keep up the great work Courtney.

Seriously now. Go to the gym and get yourself into shape and your reviews will show it. These personal weekly updates are not necessary especially if you stop and gain what little poundage you have lost.  

If you get yourself into shape, I may call you. Isn't that enough reward/incentive?

I'm no expert but have, at various times, worked with both trainers & Physical Therapists.  You need knee & ankle strength because it's the foundation.  Don't need a trainer to work those lovely PC muscles.  Inner & outer thighs.  Sure squats as suggested.  Upper body to stay balanced.  I like Pilates even if I suck at it because of nerve damage.  I'm also a fan of an elliptical cross trainer.  Low impact but good all around work out.  

Don't be surprised if the first weight you lose (if that's a goal) is off your breasts which are after all largely fatty tissue.  Harder to lose belly fat.  (As a guy my weight comes off my arms & legs first before tummy.)  It should be of little concern.  You might need new pictures but guys will choose a fit gal every time.  She has the energy to go the distance.  

Movements out of the norm?  No need to go there.  Just get fit.  If you still look like your pictures...  tell him you want to keep your figure.  No one can keep their look without exercise.  You are probably your own biggest critic.

Two posts to be exact, and this one was just to make ppl chuckle, but thanks for the encouragement. I did incorporate sex into it... The only 'congrats' I need is knowing how hard I busted my ass to be able to walk after 1 1/2 years instead of the 5 or 6 they told me it would take.

In terms of the height of pure physicality in joyous exhausting sex, the best fucking of my life, it was with a provider who practices Vinyasa yoga. Not a fanatic about fitness, just well toned and flexible. But shit, she is a wolverine in, on, under and out of the sheets, my God! She is tops from that angle, at least for and with me. No one fucked me harder, longer, better. Straight up.

But I did meet a true fitness buff once. Hardbody to the core, just ripped. Russian woman from Canada, cut like Hercules, but petite. It was a sweet GFE. Nothing off the charts, a solid 9.  

Lesson:

- Fitness is good.  
- Fuckness is better.

As you can see, I don't practice that philosophy but from 16-24 I was in killer shape and even got certified as a personal trainer for a few years as a cover lol. I would put the client on the treadmill for 10 min. before each date.

My favorite providers, by far, have been ones that practice Yoga.  It does seem to yield someone really toned and flexible, as you say, and with great stamina also.  That may be because people into Yoga tend to lead healthier lifestyles in other ways too

I have no issue with any age group or body type being a hooker. There are as many sexual tastes as there are hooker body types and age preferences.  

But you have fat hookers who are smart, hot hookers who are dumb, tall hookers who know calculus, short hookers who can't make change ad infinitum.  

Really, if any one of those factions comes out swinging  playing the holier than thou against another faction , she is asking for her weaknesses to be plastered on the board.  

And I think (correct me if I am wrong) that's what some of you guys tend to do. Because it can get nauseating.

Very devastating, life changing, and cleansing at the same time. Because of it, I got out of a rut and a cycle that was keeping me from pursuing what I really have always wanted in life.

And it's NOT a college degree, LOL.

One out of the many things I learned... people change when your situation changes. And they change back when it changes back. You go from 'hero' to 'zero' in split seconds, and have to completely rebuild your life.

It's amazing, but I wouldn't wish the process on anyone, that's for sure!!! (Except a few doctors and gov't officials.. scratch that.)

Well, I read the responses with interest. I didn't realize I was coming across that way. I'm not trying to be judgmental, or tell anyone what to do, or present myself as an expert. I just mentioned those because I had read that if you want to keep your curves but be fit, those are the ones to do, and that seemed to be her question.  

You're right that I could stand to lose a few pounds. I get that a lot of guys here don't think a woman should be providing if she's older or not Barbie-perfect. But if bothers you to see my replies on the boards, you could "ignore" me, right?  It's not like I use an alias.  

You're wrong that I posted this to be "asking for it."  Wow. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I certainly did not see these responses coming to what I thought was an on-topic comment but I will be more careful in the future.

If your feelings are hurt, then you should hit the gym yourself. You have to remember something. This is a review site and one of the subjects are your bodies. If it hurts your feelings if someone calls you fat, then you have two options. Either accept it or do something about it. You have admitted that you are overweight, so I don't understand what your issue is.

I do go to the gym :) I like people who are direct and honest but I think you cross the line into hurtful territory and there is no call for that.  

I understand this is a review site, but you have not seen me and you have not reviewed me.  So I don't think it's fair for you to pass judgment on me.  But life isn't fair, right?

Some guys enjoy the "fuller" figured women and the older ladies. I think we all have been conditioned  to pick at what we don't like and make some comment.  

You are beyond blunt and that is not a stab at you because I would be exactly like that if the tables were turned. However I would refrain from being hurtful for no reason other than to hurt because I can.

I guess what still baffles me is, you personally have your tastes and they most likely differ from the next guy. Why do you feel your preferences are the way to go and jab at those ladies and the guys that prefer those ladies, because it does not fit your tastes?

Personally I do not like sleeping with fat guys, but what good does it do to slam fat guys on here(and I am anonymous so it would not hurt me one bit), to make them feel bad? They know they're fat and yes I agree, if you are fat and hate being called fat, do something! But in the mean time, what good does it do to take the low road and dig at them?
