Reviewers: What does deferred and on-hold mean?

This is a new one on me.  I submitted a masterpiece review and my status is "deferred" for the reason of "on hold".  Are the reviews going straight to the Bush Administration now?  That would explain everything since my 102nd review is bushless.  Is there a toupee for this kinda thing?  Does this thread belong on the P&R board?  I've been in purgatory for a few days, so all PMs will be answered in the order they were received.  In the meantime, I'm sitting on the cone.

I have pm'd our illustrious leaders.  I will report their findings.  

If you never hear from me again, you will know it was one hellova review.  And as as Mac Davis has sung, "One hellova a woman..."

Oh my you kidding? there must be a glitch in the TER system once I was banned inadvertently for three days however I got some people in the know to get me reinstated last time I ever place a comment with a web site again I got into trouble for that for the web company to use someone asked always pm these! Angela good luck and im sure you will get your answer let us know how it turns out! Angela
