Most of us have seen girls from both.
I'm curious.. do we have a different expectation...
Of course, independent girls are and can be very different.. Reviews are critical for both Agency Vs. independent.. I am wondering what we expect the Agency to do to,earn their money.
In general, I find that agency girls are usually on time (within 10 minutes or so).. the rooms are usually nice and never stink of cigarettes.. The agency girls are usually dressed to impress..  
The same can be said of independents.. YMMV..  
So the agency works to create a good reputation..  
I expect the agency to also be work with girls that have current blood tests & that they aren't sick with a cold .. .. also that their girls are not BSC...It's also easier to book with an agency that you have worked with and in return, the girls are assured that they will not have any bad experience.. I asked an agency girl once if the agency had told her anything about me.. nope, they had said nothing even though I had booked with a number of different girls from the agency.. Should the agency let the girl know something about who they will be seeing?  
Also, I have asked for some special services when booking.. (in the example, an Island tour).. When I got there, the girl knew nothing about it and said she was not prepared.. .. so communication sometimes suffers when working with an agency. Is this the norm?
In short, (too late for that).. what do we think an agency should do to earn their share of the donation?

but when I did, I was very satisfied with them.  Never had a NCNS for example from an agency.  I can't say the same for independents.

As for quality of the gals and environment, I haven't had a concern with either.

With an indie, however, I often have a chance to interact with them on the phone and/or email, and therefore there is more rapport when we meet, which I like.  You don't get that with an agency.

My biggest knock against agencies is the security angle.  They tend to wear bull's eyes on their backs with respect to LE and that makes me nervous about using them

I have my few favorite agencies that i use on steady basis ,  
I provide the caps and they always provide some very nice  
Fresh meat .  

With independent girls i always look for reviews  
If anytime i tried to wonder off on my own for example  
Craigs and other sites . I paid the same or more and most of the time  
I felt it was a rip off .  

Now as far as agencies go , i have noticed some agencies are  
Ran half ass , their girls are just average , not willing to fulfill
My desires . These agencies seems to me are ran by amateurs
They many times wont answer their text or calls , or will reply  
2 hours later ( and this especially i find unprofessional)

As far as you mention that agencies test their girls , i would not bet on that

First, I've worked at a number of agencies over the years and none would allow a noticeably sick girl to work, but none have enforced any sort of blood testing.  It's been up to each girl to look after her health.

I've noticed a large anti-agency sentiment here, but if this is a serious question, here are some things to watch with agencies:

-Turnover: the turnover rate can speak volumes.  A constantly changing roster is usually bad news. Providers come and go everywhere, but the reputable agencies I've seen have a least a couple of 'veterans'.  

-Pics: A lot of agencies have one photographer that does everyone's pics, so if it looks like each girl has a different photographer, that could be a red flag. Unless the agency has all touring providers.

-Incall: changing incalls too frequently or infrequently.  More than once in six months or staying in a specific unit over a year both have been really bad signs, in my experience.

-Dispatcher: Should be a friendly but professional person who conducts at least some screening (with new people) and DOES NOT engage in sex talk/graphic conversation with a new client.

Having cut my teeth with agencies, there are a few key differences as we all know. One is that you only need to be screened once, another is that someone's usually available during agency hours and there often are several providers to choose from.  

As for testing, I'm not so sure it's a requirement for employment or necessary on an ongoing basis.  

Some agencies also work with "of age" providers who travel back and forth between agency in a different state. Sharing IS caring. .  

I've been told by the providers that they were made aware of my status with the agency but I rarely ask as I really don't care.  

As for island tours and being prepared, I haven't run into anyone that was unprepared that offered the service, but I've had some difficulty travelling there, but that's usually due to the size of the ship entering the canal

For me, I feel it is all about trust no matter if there is an agency or an independent. Of course in between those two are the ones that have a personal assistant. No matter how you look at it in my book they are all the same in regards to trust......

There is only one agency I deal with and have 100% trust that he does not keep my personal information outside of what he needs to tell his ladies. He is incredibly honest about the ladies and will tell me why and why not I will not like a specific one. I have never been with one of his ladies and not had an awesome time. I do not review everyone I see but I can attest he will tell you about his ladies and if they are not what he feels is a perfect match he will tell you.  

With that being said if I do my due diligence on the independents and ones with personal assistants they work for me great also. I would not hesitate to consider another agency based off of the great experience on the one I use now. It all comes down to executing my due diligence first and foremost.
