In my experience it's more likely to happen with someone that would have probably dated you if you would have met in the civvy world instead of the hobby.  Someone you have more in common with who would enjoy spending a lot of time with you.  I don't think it's as likely to happen for example with a MILF 20 years your senior...

At the end of the day some women spoil their boyfriends and if you can blur the line between client and boyfriend then you can be spoiled too on occasion.
