Remember "Fen-Phen" and Olestra?  They didn't last long because of their side effects.

one stall was just covered in semiliquid shit!  I mean covered! splatters all the way into other stalls- shit all over the tank- shit all over the seat(?!?)- shit all over the floor- shit up the walls of the cubicle(?!?)

I just could not believe how explosive this must have been!  So glad I was not a witness(?!?-bad enough that anybody had to live it- worse for another to see- pretty bad for the poor dude who must have cleaned it up)
