...they could've had a Duke Lacrosse scandal with arrests and publicity to go along with getting ripped off.
I always thought it was interesting that BOTH SIDES of the Duke case kept the media from focusing on a few interesting facts. The "erotic dancers" as they were so often referred to were in fact "escorts". They were hired from an agency with a TERRIBLE reputation (no TER homework done by the dookies). An Asian and a Latina were "ordered up" by the dookies for a "small batchelor party of 6-8 guys" and they were to be compensated $800. Safe to assume "stripping" wasn't the only thing that the boys were expecting to be on the menu. Of course, we all know that two African-Americans showed up instead to a raging house party of 50+. Credit the one chick for not going into the house and for not lying about "the rape". But why did the "victim" go into the house? To get her money so she wouldn't get bitch-slapped by her boss when she returned empty handed! Sad story all the way around about how things turned out. Yet with all the media coverage, no one really dug at the truth. Did a rape occur? Probably not, and DEFINITELY NOT from the three that were accused (one of whom wasn't even there)! Did the DA abuse his power and make horrendously bad decisions? Absolutely. Was he truly convinced that some kind of assualt occured? Yes, I think he was. However, no one should've been charged until there was evidence to support the matter. Why were both sides mute on the fact that the two women were "escorts" and not "erotic dancers"? Well, the defense didn't want the world to think that the boys had hired "prostitutes" and "expected sex" for their money. And the DA didn't want the "victim" seen as a "prostitute", either. And the media proved their stupidity by covering a story ad nauseum and omitting a key fact. And probably this whole story could've been avoided if the boys had only used TER!
And I think I can say that I'm ahead of the game. Unlike me, the guys there didn't know about TER, so they didn't get a good deal. The hourly rate for the strip show was 400 an hour plus $30 per lapdance PLUS the guys dropped bills on the ground. It's more like $700 an hour for 2 girls who barely do anything!
The worst part was that the bachelor was told he'd get a VIP session (15 minutes with 2 girls) for $400... however VIP was not what it was implied to be - all he got was more lap dances with hot oil.
So I think those guys paid over $1500 and they didn't even get to touch anything besides the ass and tits! For me, I didn't want to get the lap dance since it would be a cocktease. Now I'm frustrated.. contemplating on seeing a provider.
Those prices sound a bit high.
It's funny what you can learn from the hobby. I went to a strip club once before I found our little world. I've never gone back to one since.
I still enjoy strip clubs but being in the hobby I don't get involved in the scams that strippers try and pull to get money out of you. I hate to see guys spend that kind of money for a private party but I'm not surprised. Obviously they are not educated consumers!
There is a school of thought that I will never understand when it comes to escorts vs. strippers. Some guys will pay a stripper that they meet in a club hundreds if not thousands to try and get sex out of them somehow thinking that the stripper is a better option than calling an escort because you "know what you are going to get". I just don't see the logic. If you have not had sex with her already how could you possibly know?
Before even discovering TER, I thought lap dancing was the dumbest concept in the world. Pay $30 for 5 minutes of touching girl... basically you get blue balls and have to pay money for it. Cock teases are so pointless I say.
but not what I pay strippers... sex at a discounted rate... from a stripper can be had... but you do have to put up with a lot - and I do mean a lot - of their view of the world... and it is not a pleasant sight...
As I've posted frequently, there are hugh differences between strippers and providers... and for the most part - Providers are very much saner and more wholesome people... they are an honest group of ladies... who would NOT cheat you.... nor would they mislead you.... or at least that has been my experience...
If you do the stripper thing, You must keep your head about you at ALL Times. See my posts about being drugged by a stipper.... fascinting world we live in...
Two come to mind. One was at an out of control strip club twenty-five years ago...BBBJ for $20 upon request. FS was available, but I was too drunk and spent! Other was a BP at a central Jersey strip club...I was Best Man the next day, so I had to limit things to two extended LD's under $$ total. All things considered, the party at Don's Athletic Club was far better. I can say this, as this club was closed down over decade ago, so no one is getting in trouble today! Rock on, G-Men are 4-0!

Although there are a number of magnificent ladies in and around Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill are somewhat barren, probably due to the universities there. It's a good thing the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill triangle is only about 30 miles on each side.
I have arranged many bachelor parties w/ strippers. I can understand the $400 to get the girls to show up, but $30 per lap dance? They should've come for $400 plus tips for couple of hours. Just my opinion.
