Maybe LE is her greatest fear. Since she knows they run stings out of hotels, she doesn't want to take the chance. I've never heard of cops running a sting out of a residence. That's one possibility anyway.

She has her reasons. Move on....

some providers are not comfortable in hotels especially if they are having trouble verifying you or you are not easily screened in a way that makes them comfortable.

It probably has something to do with the fact that LE uses hotels and motels to conduct sting operations.  As far as all the verification documents you have, LE can defeat any screening process and the smart providers know that.

I worked for a criminal defense law firm in Southern California and handled numerous cases involving defendants who were arrested in stings and other types of prostitution activity. The undercover vice and narcotics officers had fictitious driver's licenses issued by the DMV, fictitious credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, legitimate employment verification, etc., and they had used cars they borrowed from car dealers.  They rotated the used cars every couple of weeks and had fictitious registrations for the cars.

The driver's licenses and credit cards were issued to the police departments where the cops worked.  No one knew who the police department issued the fictitious ID's to except the police department. It was a real eye opener for me to see how they operate.

The arresting officer is required to state in the arrest report that he used a fictitious name when he contacted the defendant and to what extent he used the name for the screening process if the defendant screened the officer.  Some of the screening processes were very sophisticated and were done by professional screening companies and they still couldn't detect the "client" was LE.

Again, the smart providers realize screening is only effective to weed out weirdoes, but it is useless when it comes to LE and that is probably why she avoids hotels and motels.

you can find enough lovely women who will see you in a hotel so both of you are happy.

Well, if you are so hung up with seeing her, seems like a good alternative would be for you to let her get the hotel.  If she rebukes this as well, then I'd just move on.  I can't think of any reason for her to refuse this counter offer.
