Do providers see a dropoff in activity during football season on the weekends?

hi there im thinking ausssie footy

There is nothing more homoerotic than watching grown men tackle and grope each other. teammates holding hands, slapping each other's butts, and putting their foreheads together in gestures of affection. Drinking beer and talking about cheerleaders sure does a good job of hiding all that closeted homosexuality.

All those 80's shoulder pads. In fact American football should be called handball. Rarely does it touch their feet. Soccer is football and the type they play in australia is football. They actually kick the darn ball.

And rugby, well real men play that. No padding, lots of tackling and no "dress up" with tights and pads and fancy little dances at the end of a touch down.

...in general?  Newbie, but from my perusing the boards, it seems some providers don't work weekends.  Any correction invited.

…on many other issues.  Is the city the provider is in a tourist-y kind of place, or more of a locals kind of place?  Does the provider have an incall location?  After all, hotel rooms are always more expensive on weekends, so unless the hobbyist is "in town anyway" (and unencumbered), why add to your cost of doing business?

Some providers will work as a threesome or foursome for a bachelor party.  These generally are going to be weekend appointments.

Is there a trade show in town?  In places like Vegas, there's *always* a trade show in town.  For many hobbyists this is their best opportunity to indulge, since the room is paid for by his employer, and he's probably alone, so he's basically as likely as not to want a weekend date.

I think all in all, you're probably right about drop-offs on weekends, but I don't think the difference is as large as you might think.

Had a big drop for me ... but then that was also the start of College season and I'm sure many hobbyists spending family time.

It has since picked right back up for me. Normally I have to schedule in advance because I will only take 1 or 2 appointments a day. So on Labor day I saw a big drop with pre-bookings.

This coming week however I have bookings today (Sunday), Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at this point. All with repeat clients

I cancelled on a client forgot it was 1st game of the Football season...  He was very understanding... But usually I do not take appts on the days my team plays... :-) :-) lo

I've never worked weekends unless I just happened to be stuck somewhere on a tour, so never really noticed if football season was slower. It used to be summers in the south that were really dead for indy gals, but agency business did fine. In fact, you had a slew of women flocking to agencies that were indy during that season.
