Since I own the company however...I wouldn't have a real problem if I pissed away $ 470k on whatever...since it's my money anyhow.

If YOU ran that shit up on MY account...I'd be pissed at myself for not catching it after the first cycle.  Shame on me!

The judge should throw out the case on account of the company being so damn stupid to let someone charge $470k without adequate financial controls in place.
