I know the physical description of a "Spinner", but can someone explain the "Spinning" part?  Does the girl have to remain penetrated as she goes from RCG to CG?  Because, I can do the spin part easily, but somehow I come unhooked for a second.  So is this a spinning fail?  :(

You must be able to do the 180 degrees (360 really when you think of it.)

But, it might not be you, it may be that you don't have enough (ahem) material to work with.

This is one category where length does matter.

I am 5'7" and not skinny but I can do it.  It depends on how agile you are and the size of the mans unit.  Its got to be big enough or else it wont work.  I don't think it would work on a tiny girl if he had a tiny one.  Just my 2 cents

They have spinners who sit in sex swings and actually will spin on your cock.  A guy I used to work with told me of his experiences when on shore leave back in the early 80's when he was in the Navy.  Thats where I first heard the term used by him in his descriptions.
