I will be staying at the Grand Casino Tunica and hope to find time to spend with some ladies but there are no reviews for that part of the town. Anyone have any suggestions?

of great providers in that area - run a search on the 901 Area Code for reviews - most if not all ladies in Memphis will make the trip down to Tunica to the casinos.  
I get to Memphis at least three to four times a year and never a problem hooking up - even know one lady who will pick you up an the airport, drive you down to Tunica and spend a few hours with you after you check in... all part of that wonderful Southern warmth.
