you can search the messages on the board for his alias or TER handle to figure out if they are actively posting. Sometimes, people let their VIP memberships slip and they cannot access their PM. How long has it been?
I used to have his business card but I've lost it. I don't keep records so I don't have anything to look up and so my last resort was trying to find him on here. He posted a review so I know he was active at one point. I don't see him anywhere else, however.
