So, typically if you see a lower scores on a review and you actually read what the reviewer says you can understand why they felt it was a lower score.
But it is also pretty common to see some reviews that are 7s or 6s and when you open them it is all very positive - she was great, gorgeous, did everything I asked, I'd see her again, etc. And at the same time it's like 7/6.

To me it seems a bit frustrating, especially when I'm trying to decide on an appointment.

Is there a certain style or a certain message there? Should I look at the score and make my own conclusions? Or is the review itself more important?

Basically you need to figure out what each reviewer's scale is and what drives the scores for them. It is better to trust what is written than what the score given is -- I've seen a case where someone was giving 4/5 (IIRC) but claimed the lady was DDG and had a great time.  

 
Check out the reviewer's other reviews, and if you can, find reviews from then of someone you've already seen. Barring that, find reviews of a lady some other reviewer also reviewed who had reviews of someone you have seen. Not always possible.

 
Last fall back is to find someone who has been reviewing for a while and seems to be fair and objective in their assessments. When you can find several that that who all agree one a provider it's probably a fairly safe appointment to make.

Some people just grade really hard, TBH when I click on a profile to review I look at the lower scored reviews first, that usually validates if I am willing to see her or not.  Of course on the flip side I've seen plenty of 10/10 reviews that just aren't warranted.  I also click on the reviewers profile to see how he grades.  One is an accident, two is a trend as far as reviews go, but at the end of the day you have to factor in are you content with taking that leap.  The content in the review will always outweigh the score IMO.  

Can't go over 7 without BBBj, anal, doubles...so I say "had to give a 7 but it felt like a 9" in my details.
