Is that anything like 'taking it outside'?

What if when you go to meet a provider, you bring a camera and have them sign a contract stating what you are about to do is for a movie?  Do you think this would work?  You would be making a movie, nothing else.  Would this skirt any unwanted attention?

You wouldn't actually have to record.  I don't know the laws on making a porno, but could you get busted for not having a permit to make a movie?

But if you are trying to avoid arrest, I think the negotiation that may lead to your arrest will probably get you arrested anyway, camera or no canera.

For an example the DA will show the jury a website or AD that the young lady had. Then they will ask you, what adults movies have you produced?  Your defense is gone.

Just a thought

When is the DA going to ask the Defendant this question?  Do you honestly believe any defense attorney in his right mind would put his client on the stand?  What do you think the Fifth Amendment is all about?

Oh, I was using DA as  in District Attorney which is the prosecution.  I never heard DA used for Defense Attorney. Maybe in your jusrisdiction
But to answer your question direcrtly, when you have a plausible or excuse defense you should testify to the act you are accussed of if you say, I did it but I was filming.

it is illegal to film porn in any state except CA. and even then you must pay for a film permot. it is not so simple to male porn either. And contrey to beliefs. PORN is not all legal either.

Apparently you didn't understand what I said.  The point was that a defendant does not have to testify in court.  That is a protection guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment.  So when is the prosecutor going to question the defendant?  The defendant is the person on trial in case you didn't know. I doubt there are many defense attorneys who would put their client on the stand and be cross examined by the prosecutor. I said nothing about the DA being the defense attorney. Read the statement again and try to think before you respond.

Why would you go through all that trouble to skirt the law. Ecorting isnt illegal. AS long as there is no talk of sex for money, they cant do anything. Give her the donation and then get busy. act like she is your GF and start fooling around. Its understood that sex is involved. remember, cops can not allow you to start kissing them or touching them. after you start kissing her and fooling around a little bit, at this point, it is obvious that neither one of you is a cop. and you can actually talk about sex if you want.

The case wherein the court ruled that producing and distributing pornography is a right protected by the First Amendment was tried in California.  It was the California Supreme Court that upheld the lower court's ruling, thus affirming the right to produce and distribute pornography in California. Since it was the California Supreme Court and not the United States Supreme Court that means it is not the law outside of California.  As an example it is against the law to sell most pornography in Utah, that is readily available in California. The United States Supreme Court held that each community had community standards and the laws regarding pornography could be governed by those community standards. You need to check the laws of the state where you wish to produce pornography in before you undertake that endeavor.

It would not work. Shooting a movie, porn or otherwise, requires permits to be filed including 2257 paperwork. This form alone requires a lady to give you her real name and address.  Even then it is still not legal to shoot porn in many states.

The easiest way to get laid and not get caught is to stick with well reviewed ladies.

In other words you made a stupid statement and don't know how to respond. I guess your lack of basic writing skills is an indication of you inablity to think and reason.

It cracks me up when ever someone posts a comment that was not well thought out. Then someone else points out the flaw. then the original poster tries to wiggle out of what they originally said.-- LOL -- The original comment in this thread "Then they will ask YOU, (DEFENDANT) what adults movies have you produced?  Your DEFENSE is gone." I capitalizes the operative words used and plugged in comment (DEFENDANT)to the the writer see what he said. -- to quote Bugs Bunny "What a maroon!"

No I actually thought about what you said, and realize that you if you are a lawyer you would advise your client not to testify so they would not get a cross.  Understood.  But my argument is still valid.  In many cases, most jurors want to hear from the defendent and despite a judges order not to take silence as am admission of guilt. Additionally, its always that indiviual who can't reason or debate without insults...peace
