Is it wise?

Is it wise/safe to see a provider who advertises on eros and local 'city specific' website but has no reviews? With reviews ofcourse it helps because you know the lady is legit..any thoughts...

Also, has a provider asked you to call closer to the actual appoitment date if you were trying to schedule it a couple of days out? I was under the impression the more time given the better.

Any views..

I've been told by a provider I wanted to see to call closer to the date I wanted. This turned me off because of the way she stated it. Most of the providers I've met recently like a couple of days in advance though.

I'm rarely available on a short notice, so a few days in advance would be great for me.

Don't wait until the last minute to call a provider, as she may not be available. Good things cum to those, that are prepared. :)

Although it is much safer to choose providers with favorable TER reviews that doesn't mean there aren't some ladies out there who give fantastic service but fly below radar.
My ATF does not have a web-site or advertise on any "mall" and has not a single TER review. However; She gives tremendous service and is the epitome of professionalism and ethics. Finding someone like my ATF usually involves a referral from a fellow hobbyist or another provider which makes such finds few and far between.

I think most providers would like a confirmation call when you book an appointment several days in advance. Sorry to say nc/ns are all to common.

That has been my experience also (advance notice).  However, I am trying to meet with a provider who insists on day-of notice.  She has some outstanding reviews (on another board).

Yes, it is wise to schedule an appointment early. However, I also feel more confident about the appointment if the gentleman confirms with me a few days before too. Some like to cancel on you and you may have already turned down others to book him, so it's important he is professional about the meeting and handles it just like another important business transaction (keeping it more personal, of course).

Ciara

I like to read his reviews and help take it up a notch. Sometimes I need a little extra time to psych up, and physically prepare. Example: for one client I use anal beads on myself. I need to eat lightly the night before, and then use a couple enemas (bicarb) to clean myself out. Another client likes DATO, same procedure. Sometimes when I read reviews I see something is missing, and I like to suprise him with a dom outfit, or a rhinestone choker with chained rhinestone cuffs and nothing else.

I agree, I have had several referrals from mostly my ATF or fellow TER member's... Out of the ones that where unknown 2 where ok..the other was nothing to write home about, I stick to what I know/like...

I agree though as much time as poss. when booking....

I always say, I'd love to read your reviews so I can get to know you and your desires better, maximize our time together; you have my website to go by, I have nada.

Ya know what they always tell me?  "I DON'T WRITE REVIEWS; I DON'T POST".

"handles it just like another important business transaction"

Guess it depends how seriously he takes his playtime.

Wit hte caveat that others can often take it away.  It's kind of hard to tell the SO, can't pick up the kids I'm getting fucked.

or when a business meeting comes up and you don't get to say- sorry I'll be getting my points cleaned...

Many of us are totally in charge of their schedules- many NOT!

I'm just saying that's it is very appropriate to call your provider if you cannot make the appointment. None of us like to spend two hours shaving (when we don't have to just like you guys), putting on makeup, doing our hair and/or nails and sometimes a pedicure, only to sit around the house waiting while we could have scheduled someone else in your place. I realize things come up. I've even had to cancel once because I was very sick, but some people just have bad manners and think this occupation doesn't deserve to be treated the same way as other types of employment.

If you can call ahead of time, then great. If you cannot, then you may not get an appointment. That's all buttercups!

Ciara

I also mentioned "(except more personal)" after the business transaction part. Of course it's playtime, but before that, it has to be business sweetie, because that is our business.

I really did understand AND AGREE/d, but I guess it didn't come across - I should have elaborated a bit more.

I am always grateful for a cancellation call.  Some just don't have the courtesy.  That is what was on my mind when I quoted you...

Other than of course, the lost opportunity to "drain those balls dry"  ;-ooo~~~

I should have elaborated.  I really didn't think I was unclear, but then who reads minds?

And I THOUGHT I understood how to communicate in English....
back to Sesame Street for me.  Now about my MATH SKILLS...LOL.

Let's see 2 balls and one cock = one  (Oh, I forgot to say, one PACKAGE)

ciara, just know that I totally agree with you.

Cheers

Your point is absolutely well taken and valid.  I just shortcut my post assuming that my meaning was understood.
So sorry about that!

What I LEFT OUT of my post, and  should have added is that I am always grateful for a courtesy cancellation call. That is MY interpretation of treating appts with us like important business appts.  When I get a no show, I try to never jump to conclusions because in some instances things happen and a client just can't call. Just like when I got in a car accident and didn't remember what day it was and I blew it with an appt.  In fact I sometimes worry about clients and what happened to them while I sat there waiting for an hour.

Still, if in the next 24-36 hours he still doesn't call or email, then what am I to think?  Doesn't he think I at least worry about him as a human being?  Other than being inconvenienced which drives anyone crazy, still, there is the fact that something could have happened to someone who was going to share some intimate moments with me and I was all psyched.

That is all I meant.

Even a  post noshow apology shows regard for another human being.

Thanks for showing your caring enough to respond and explain

I'm a newbe and maybe naive but if I make an appointment & can't cancel at least a day ahead I'd send the donation just like other professionals charge for missed appointments.

I think ladies really appreciate advance notice of an appointment. There are some very sponteneous guys around that are just in the mood of the moment. But in general I think I like to be prepared and take time to make the session special
