Claim the 5th and never lie. There is a lot of disinformation out there floating around. If you are called to court it is best to say I don't know or I am not going to answer that question.

The problem with rumours and lies is that when they pass around people twist the information.

LE and other people in the hobby will purposely spread a rumour to see how far it gets. They also do tests to see if someone can keep quiet.
