This one dates to 1856, of Julia Bullette, the original "hooker with a heart of gold." But the most famous photographer of prostitutes was the famous E.J. Bellocq of New Orleans.  He was made famous by the movie "Pretty Baby," starring the teenaged Brooke Shields.

Just shows us that, despite all that has gone on in the last year or so, this endeavor has been around for quite a while and will likely continue for some time yet, despite it being "less simple" than it was prior to the New World Order.

Fave line in the article..."straddling an artful titillation"...anything like Russian? ;)
