what does it mean when a provider's information is no longer available,is it a bas thing? Should i be cautios of this provider?

The first is that she has asked to have her information taken down, either because she has retired or is experiencing some personal problems such as a stalker or similar annoyance; or perhaps she is on a hiatus.

The second is that TER has banned her for some infraction of the rules such as posting phoney reviews, etc.

In either case, since you don't have much information on the person, you can't be sure what you are getting.  So unless you can verify her through some other board or through someone who knows her and whom you trust, it's best to find someone else.

You should contact her and ask her directly.  I'm sure she would be happy to explain her decision.  It doesn't have to necessarily be a bad thing.
