Actually I applied to Infinity Broadcasting. They are hiring on air personalities for graveyard and mornings. I spoke with a few people there about the show I wanted to do and they didn't have room for it at the time so I am exploring that particular project in Los Angeles with the cohost I have landed who is a comedian. But I really need medical benefits at this time and well, money to pay the bills while I pursue the creative work stuff. I'll pursue everything that may work. Most of the web programming jobs seem to be requiring cold fusion. I know html and java and adobe and powerpoint but I could really sink my teeth into site development on a corporate level. I just have to expand my expertise and that too will take some time. The kids cousins are in town for turkey tomorrow so I'll have 8 children underfoot. Vegas is actually a pretty nice place but I keep driving back and forth to LA every few days to move stuff and because well, I'm attached.  Where the heck is Felicia? How are all the other ladies doing?

Traveling ladies, how are things in NY and DC? Has traveling business been good?

This is only info I've heard from the grapevine but if you are hoping for medical benefits in conjuction with infinity broadcasting you might have a major problem.  They (infinity broadcasting) employes most (if not all) of their host as independent contractors.  This is especially true for new/local talent.  You would be better off trying to get the insurace via the union (although Infinity is some what hostile to union workers too).
