Why w/o RX?  I have done that but I am convinced that they are not the real thing (my suspicion is that they are powdered and then reformulated with sugar or similar "non-active" - so they work but are less effective.  My solution was to go an ND (naturopathic doctor).  Basically as I passed 60 I could still perform but I noticed my drive diminishing (scary!), my recovery time increasing (in my 40's - my peak - I managed 6x in one night!), and my hardness would tend to subside after a while - still last till the end but less satisfying for me and my partners. Blood tests showed my testosterone level to be low (normal course of things as you get older) - Doc recommended a testosterone cream made at a compounding pharmacy - after a few trials with dosage and placement my drive is back 100%.  Tried Viagra - works great - lasts 3-4 hours and 2, maybe 3 climaxes but I get a facial flush and the "sniffs", tried Cialis - didn't do a thing for me.  He gave me samples of Levitra - for me this is it!  I take 1/2 a 20mg tablet and it lasts maybe 18 hours with 3-4 climaxes possible and a stiffie like I had in my 40's.  Please PM (anyone interested) and I can even recommend ND's if you live anywhere on the west coast.  It saddens me to read reviews of guys saying - I am only a one-shot guy now - with a little effort and investment join me - over 60 and with a good provider 2 great rides in an hour are no problem, and at a swing club for example I can perform all night.  Life is short - enjoy it!

Just be careful when doing this.  Make sure you do your DD (due diligence) on the site 1st before you order as there are many fake Viagra's around & you never know what is in them.  I would suggest staying away from sites out of Asia & Eastern Europe.  Use whois.ws to check where the site is registered.  My best luck I have had is ordering from Mexican Pharms as what I get is always on point & cheap,  but then again I buy asthma meds for myself as the price is more than 75% off than what I am paying here.  So I figure everything should relitively the same.  Just research before you buy & be safe.
