Well I'll take it for the increase libido, but I'm STILL going to wear a condom.  
Let's break down 96% effective.  
That still means 4% potential failure, or 4/100 = 1/25.
Statistically speaking, you would have a maximum of 24 acts of "coitus" with no issues, and the 25th would give you a child.
Those are TERRIBLE odds.
