My profile says massage and blow job 250 hour when that was half hour and found it's way on to TER and was never corrected.
Now that I have a private viewing session for 250 hour it is causing confusion.
The guys assume it is the 250 session on my profile when it isn't.
S.fl. likes high mileage half hours so the 250 session took shape that way.
I do not write the profile and when I came to DC I got a lot of flack from TER members who wanted the hour for 250 and tried to insist that I should give them the incorrect rate.
At first I thought TER was some evil site for trying to lower rates by putting what YOU want to pay - instead of the correct amount to force a lower rate.
Now I see that it is just how the internet is and there are going to be mistakes.
I do not feel obligated to change my rate to conform to what someone carelessly wrote about my services.
It does cause confusion.
It's not like they can ASK me -please, we would end up in trouble.
Why won't they correct mistakes in the profile?
I know that about three years ago there were reviews that said the rates were incorrect but it wasn't changed.

Go to your profile on TER and click "Report a problem", then tell them what your correct rates are, and ask them to update your profile accordingly.

I have updated the information in my profile a few times to accurately reflect rates and services, and TER has been very prompt in making the requested updates.

that is not my experience.
they never update anything.
they even say I have implants and my boobs flop around and flatten into a huge pancake because I haven't gotten implants-yet!
They just ignored every report so far.
Well, I'm not sure if it is still a big deal.
A couple of guys have been confused.
How big of a deal is it?
Should I try to continue to get it corrected?

I have been to Long Island and I used to go to Manhattan.
The guys in NJ are rough and I love hard pounding action.
I hope last statement that was allowed.
Basically, I miss them.

The gal's site should be the main source of information, especially as regards to fee.

That said, I appreciate when provider are proactive and clean up these things with TER's management.

Why do they ignore some problem reports?

Maybe it might be because it is supposed to be the clients who set the profiles so that a provider can't embellish anything. Maybe ask your next gentleman caller from TER to send in a error report with his review. It might have a little more "pull" when coming from a client than the provider. Just guessing.

Well, I have to assume part of the problem is not knowing what exactly to label your services. In your first post you mention massage/BJ and "private viewing", and you also mention half hour versus hour - from your post I couldn't begin to figure out what your rates are and for what services, and for how long.

You might consider dropping what seems to be (can't really tell without having seen your website) an a la carte menu, and setting your rate strictly in terms of time spent. That will make it much easier for TER to accurately reflect your rates. As far as I know, I don't think TER has a category for "private viewing". Its up to you of course, but it might eliminate some headaches for you, and for your gentleman callers.

One other thing to be aware of though - most gentlemen know full well that the rates listed on TER and other sources may not be current, and know to look at a provider's website for definitive confirmation of rates and services. So when it comes down to it, the men who claimed to not know that your rates were different, were probably jerking you around trying to get a lower rate. Probably. Or maybe they really didn't know.

Regarding updates about your appearance though, that I am afraid you don't have any control over. TER will update your profile to reflect changes in your website, ad sites, phone number, e-mail, rates, etc but as far as your description goes, that is set by the gentlemen. It may not seem fair, but if we ladies got to set that information, I would change mine to say "She is one HOT MAMA......RUN don't walk to see her!!!!" *kidding*

PS. These are questions that would be great on the Provider's only board, if you have at least 3 reviews now, and it sounds like you do, ask staff for access to the Providers board where you can get all the information you could ever want from your fellow providers.

I have submitted dozens of problem reports over the years, many at the request of the provider, and almost all have been accepted and implemented.

I think if you file a problem report to correct your rate or available services it will see prompt action.
On the other hand if your profile says you have big ol' floppy boobs and you submit a report to say that they are really perky, well, that might be looked on with a lower level of trust.

As SOTF mentioned above, the lady herself can not change any part of her appearance profile. A member from the customer side can submit a problem report to correct appearance or services offered on the profile.  Only rates and contact or website info can be changed by the provider.

Clearly a lady can't change her appearance description,  that is what I was trying to say.  But I have a hard time believing that she isn't able to request and receive changes to available services!

If you send a problem report saying "Rates are incorrect, here's what she's actually charging", they're going to want to see where you got that information from.  If you can't say, "Here's her ad that lists the rates" or "Here's her website with the rates", then it's just some random person's word against another person's word about what the rates really are.
