In a discussion of pricing on the Twin Cities board, I noticed a post or two concerning the high cost of providing incall locations. As a traveler, I generally do outcall, so the following questions occurred to me.

How often do ladies do outcalls on days when they are also paying for an incall location? Should the traveling guys make an effort to see ladies on days when they don’t have the expense of an incall location? Or does the tendency for travelers to make appointments a few weeks ahead of time help you plan your incall schedule?
