Incall can be arranged -- whazzit?

Always learning.  When a provider advertises "incall can be arranged", does that mean she'll take a hotel room for the day/night, and more importantly that her rate will be increased by the cost of the room?  If agency is involved, do they have hotel rooms on call that maybe I don't pay extra for?  If I am paying for the room on top of the rate, am I better off just getting a hotel room myself so I at least can control cost, or do I assume the provider will be more comfortable and therefore do a more pleasant job in a place of her choice?  One girl told me she could borrow an apartment, but that sounds unlikely except in rare cases.  I know I have to ask in each case up front, but helps to know general workings of this beforehand so I don't appear more rookie than I am.

Most providers, who offer incall, keep their appointments at hotel rooms, which they set up in advance to accommodate all of their appointments. Some provide incall in their residence, or business apartment, which they may share with other ladies. If an ad says "incall can be arranged," I would suspect that it would be a hotel room, but I would be concerned that she is unfamiliar with the incall protocols.

Incall, by definition, means "her place." You should not expect to pay for the hotel. The provider should be arranging her schedule to make the most of the location and figuring her expenses into the rates.
