With all due respect Lass, images of that horrific day are difficult to watch (and relive) for some of us. Everyone grieves differently and has different thresholds of tolerance of pain in "wounds" that are still open.  I don't expect you or others who have posted links/imagery of 911 to understand this. That's why I'm not really upset. I just wanted to point this out. I'm guessing (or praying rather) that your loved ones weren't sitting in those planes or offices in the towers when they were suddenly taken away from us.

Peace

I never meant to cause anyone any pain. I lost 2 friends in NYC. The pilot of Flight 93 was an AOL buddy of mine for 6 years. The pain for me is very real and to remember is the only way I can get thru this. It's been 2 years yet it feels like yesterday.

To those who I have inadvertantly hurt or offended by my posting here, I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart.

There's no need to apologize.  We all of us have suffered (even those who haven't lost loved ones). I'm sure you haven't hurt or offended anyone (if my post implied as much then I'm very sorry). Again, it's just that everyone grieves differently. It's obviously a very "personal" matter.  No harm done. Stay your beautiful kind loving self.
