Every lady is going to be different on this issue. For me, I only take two appointments a day, so whether those appointments last 10 mins or an hour, its still two appointments. you have to keep in mind that though you can shorten the appt, you can only shorten it to the least amount of time she offers. If she offers 1hr and up and you are done in 10mins, then you pay for the 1hr.
However I have numerous guests who like to think they might last 30mins, but with my mouth on them even trying to prolong the act, they are done in 7-10mins. They can either talk and Bs and stay the time, maybe get another if they booked an hour or more. Or I give them the option to leave early to the minimum date they qualify for as long as they have not exceeded that time.
