I just had a session with a well-reviewed provider yesterday. I have not reviewed her yet, so she is anonymous here. Basically, when we got into the session, she asked if I brought my own rubber cus she just ran out. I said "no", and she said "since you look like a clean and nice guy, I'm ok with bareback FS". I was blown away....and I started asking "you sure? are you tested clean? are you on contraception?" She confirmed that it was safe, but I still passed. But the little man couldnt refuse after a few minutes of oral, so I said ok lets go. Then afterwards I felt really scared. She assured me that she has prolly done it bareback once in the last 12 months (for the same reason), and her recent tests are indeed clean.
Basically I am convinced that I'm gonna die. If a provider does it with a 1st time client, she prolly done it regularly before, and prolly isnt as clean as she claims.... or can she actually be honest? I am so depressed. One little mistake here has cost me my life. Does anyone have any statistics or insight on this matter? I am so scared I cant explain.

Ok, the sarcasm of the first guy to respond aside, you stand a good chance of coming up clean even if the lady in HIV positive. Not 100% of course, but the odds are in your favor.
However, (someone might blast me for this) but I highly recommend that you review her, and in her review clearly indicate that BB was provided. This is for the safety of other men. Even though statistically there is little likelihood of HIV being passed on when a condom is used, I don't know too many men who want to hit that particular jackpot. Any provider who provides BB service should be avoided period. Not just make sure you use a condom, but avoided altogether. Other men have the right to know that she may not be safe because you are correct - if she allowed it with you, she has undoubtedly allowed it with other "nice guys who look clean". Not to mention the fact that what provider in her right mind doesn't have condoms handy???? There are some things you just make sure you NEVER run out of, and condoms are #1 on that list.
In my opinion, He should NOT review any other ladies! Even if a condom is used! Why taint future ladies with the stigma of having been with someone, who has been with someone, who bare-backed with little fuss...
I realize there is no real risk here, but in the hyper-sensitive climate of this hobby (and especially this board!) regarding condomless fucking, it is not fair to smear future ladies with his mistake!

The review readers, are not going to post your review if you tell the story of the BBFS. Again, that is if the review reader actually reads your review. This has been policy for a long time.

As a provider, I get lots of email, with pictures, saying "I am clean such and such - do you provide BBBJ?" No. If someone will for you they will (or have) with someone else too. I think it is also true many provides have uncovered contact with one person - husband or boyfriend or female S.O.
As a provider, I'd pass on the $ w/o a condom. As a hobbyist (if I were a guy), I'd pass on the service. That's my 2 cents. OH!! And did he actually SEE her test results? I guess that's neither here nor there now. Upshot: probably not gonna die from this one, lucky boy, but learn the lesson and be more careful!

Let's say she actually is HIV positive, and you fucked her weekly as your regular sex-partner for 4 years, and you you had no open sores on your penis, your only running a 60% risk that at the end of the 4 years you would have contracted HIV from her!

If no open sores (and partner not in early highly infectous stage) the risk from a single act of uncovered intercourse with a HIV positive partner is commonly given as 10 in 5000 for a female and about 4 in 5000 for a circumcised male. (Uncircumcised males also run about a 10 in 5000 risk.) The risk of becoming infected is not linear with the number of times one has intercourse with an infected partner. The formula is
risk = 1 - (1 - p) ^ n
where p is the risk of infection from a single act and n is the number of times one repeats the act (and ^ is the exponentiation or power operator).
For the case you cite n is 208 (weekly intercourse for four years). I calculate the risk in this example as about 34% for an uncircumcised male and 15% for a circumcised male.
I would be curious as to how you arrived at a 60% risk.
Experimental data from the Haiti study of couples where one partner was infected indicated that about 7% of the uninfected partners became infected in a year if condoms were not used and 1% if condoms were used. Unfortunately, frequency of intercourse was not tracked.

I've read many studies on this that support what you say, and I completely agree, The one which I quoted from was actually a "scare-tactic" type study! lol!

The 60% in the study seemed skewed to the high side in an effort to exadurate the risk and promote condom use! Failing to take into account that 60% over four years of exposed risk is actually still really good odds! LOL!
I with I could get4 year 60% odds on no-helmet Motorcycle riding in high traffic!
I'm at a much higher risk riding in rush-hour on a bike than I am fucking an AIDs infested crack whore without a condom! And I ride almost everyday! (I only fuck crack whores on the weekends though, thus lowering my risk of HIV significantly, lol!)

Not just for HIV, but for other STIs that are FAR more common, way more easily transmitted, and can lead to serious illness, complications, and death: Hepatitis B, syphilis, Chlamydia, and gonorrhea.
Many people feel no symptoms, so, unless you get tested, you don't know you're clean.
Also, get vaccinated against hepatitis B, if you haven’t already. There is no cure for hepatitis B, and it can cause serious ongoing health problems, liver cancer, and death.
Everyone who plays in this arena—men and women—should be getting tested at least every three months. Anyone who doesn't is endangering the rest of us.
