Some providers aren't asking you to sign over your medical records

I'm just waiting for providers to ask the questions my Dr's office staff ask,  
 Have you traveled to Africa?  
 Have you been out of the country recently?  
 Do you fry your monkey meat, or broil it? - Ok that one's not real - yet.
