Which sex do you think is better in bed, Are guys better at pleasing women or are the ladies better at pleasing us?
I have my thoughts but I will wait to see what everyome else thinks.

Millions of gays and lesbians would also disagree.   But the best person to consult on this question would be a transsexual.  Not just any trans, either:  the guy to ask is Teiresias of Thebes.  His (her) myth holds that upon seeing (or perhaps messing with) a pair of snakes who were making love, he magically became a woman for a year. (Note how this approach completely bypasses the ham-handed surgeon who cannot wire a clit properly.)  After he had switched back, the question was put to him which gender got more pleasure out of sex.  He replied that if the pleasure of sex is as ten, the woman's enjoyment is as nine and the man's is as one.  Zeus was pleased with this answer and gave him the gift of prophecy.  Hera, however, was mad at him for spilling the beans, and put his eyes out.  He thus became the blind seer of _Oedipus the King_, _Antigone_, _Bacchae_, etc.

I have to say that women are better at pleasing men because we are less complex creatures and our needs are more basic.  This is not a slam on women in the least, it's just nature IMHO.

Is that I have a need to please.  I don't think that I'm alone here either.  How many times do we see some reference to making her cum or how she responded to DATY, etc.?  If we were just into receiving pleasure why would we care?  We gents "hire" these services in order to receive sexual gratification, but for me, at least, that gratification is incomplete without getting some sense of having given some degree of pleasure as well as $.

Of course you can never be sure if the provider you are pleasuring is truly getting off, but hopefully if it someone you have seen before and have good repoire with she would be honest with you. I totally agree, for those of us that feel insecure in this area, being able to get the provider off is a tremendous turn on as well as an ego- booster...

Sex is an art form, not a science.  So much goes into it by each independent participant, that you cannot measure a distinct classification.  An idividuals "performance" will vary with each partner, both as that person and the other participant perceive their own "quality" index, and I use that term lightly.

We "rate" people here using a scorecard, which helps us decide who to see, etc., but it should stop there.  Any findings are truly "inconclusive", and should not be a thermometer for your own enjoyment/satisfaction index.

The easy answer is women are better becasue men always achieve the ultimate goal. But I think everyone would agree that it is easier for us to achieve orgasm.
i think there are as many if not more women with inflated opinions of their sexual prowess as there are men.
Ladies what are your thoughts?

I believe whether a lady has a good time or not stictly depends on how well she knows her own body. Women who leave their pleasure to their partner are really playing hit or miss with their sexuality. The majority of males think they know what a woman likes, just ask them...But..the reality is, if she doesn't know, neither does he, thus, "The Blind Leading the Blind". Women have to ask for what they want, not just except what's dished out...Then you'll both be happy....IMHO

We men get reinforcement early and continually in life that it is okay to be sexual.  However, that sexual is only in the form of ejaculation.  How many of us men have pounded away from our teenage years until we happen to met a woman (a real WOMAN) who is able to take us to a place we have never been before.  Women and Men are complex sexually.  It is just that many women do not know their bodies sexually.  They are told to inhibit, defer and mask their sexuality so it becomes a quest for the Holy Grail (or for some a mystery to never be solved), and she will have a hard time finding the right pattern to reach euphoria.  I agree with Robyn (there isn't much she has ever posted that isn't insightful), that we men know nothing about a woman if she doesn't know herself.  Hell, I like being a "blind" man and letting the woman guide me along the journey of her sexuality...IT'S SOOO DAMN EXCITING!!!!

It comes down to each and every individual and whether or not that individual is sexually in tune with their own body.  There are gents out there that could knock the bobby socks off each lady he encounters and those that just do not have a clue period.  Same goes for ladies, for there are those that just lay there like a wet blanket and those that know how to move and hit all the right spots.
