This is not unusual. Most providers, in my experience, for their safety, don't want us knowing their schedules. Especially if you don't already have a relationship with her.

When can you squeeze me in?

Dana what's your day look like I want a session today and I will work around your schedule.

I have a 2 430 zumba at 6 and a 930.

Great throw me in at noon or 7:30 and I will bring a pizza. Why can't setting up an appointment on the same day be this easy??????

I tried this with a new girl who screened me a week ago and she wouldn't give me her schedule. I didn't book because I didn't want to cancel on her. I'm not looking to stalk you or cause you any harm it makes no difference to me if you see 1 person or 8. When are you free and lets work together on making a time work the day IO want the appointment.

If it's someone you met before and she likes you this is what scheduling becomes.

I never know what I am going to be doing. I only have one appointment with a lady who is coming in from Chicago in a week and a half otherwise no one is scheduled.

Thoughts on squeezing me in. Am I missing anything here for same day appointments only.

Thought

I've found that sometimes giving too many options can leave her a little off-put, maybe even thinking you're just a time-waster...try starting with a definitive time...

Are you available at 4? No? What works for you?

That gives them the idea that you will definitely show up...

Just a thought...

I'm not wasting anyone's time anyone who knows me will tell you that I show up for my appointments.

Take today for example I had two interviews that when I woke up I had no clue I was going to have. If I had a 2pm scheduled I never would have made it. But when I called and asked when can you squeeze me in the women said let's do 415.

If I'm making an appointment I am showing up

You are asking a bit much.  Not because you want an appointment that you can be sure will work for you both........that is not only courteous.......but speaks volumes about your good intentions.

But because, inadvertently you are asking the provider to reveal more about herself than she may be comfortable sharing.  Sadly we humans..........and we hobbyists in particular........are unable to see ourselves as others do........so when what seems natural for us, is intrusive.........we do not realize we are intruding.

Depending upon yours and the provider's comfort zones..........it may be easier if you simply tell her when you are available..........and simply let her tell you if it will work for her or not.  This still gives her the ability to be available for you..........if she can..........and not have to give up an added level of control.

But........again.......this is just IMHO.

Hey Ms.Provider,

I am interested in scheduling an appointment for today. I'm free at these times do any of them work for you? If so let me know if not what time is your next available?

Straight simple and to the point.

As far as her not giving you her schedule, hey everyone is different. Some people don't mind others like to keep everything personal, especially with someone they have never met before. :)

but I have something more salacious in mind then their schedule
