with all the needs and tragedies that befall our nation and our world, how do we expect our president or even our congresses to effectively address them.

Each day brings a multitude of issues.

We go to work, we play but none of us carry the weight of that job. I earnestly believe that few men can physically or mentally. It is easy to write songs about issues and to raise public awareness but what about actually doing something?

The song make me pensive and causing me to think about the residency and the vastness of its responsibilities. Even with all of its flaws, I am thankful for our government and for the man whose shoulders are broad enough (whether democrat or republican) to hold the office of president.

Regardless of the party, the criticism will always be greater than the encouragement they will receive.
