I recall over the last few years several LE efforts to stop unpopular websites. The feds in particular went nuts over online Viagra sales through virtual docs and standardized forms.
The online drugstores in many cases simply relocated their servers to places such as Amsterdam, Bermuda, Rio, Argentina, Belize, Costa Rico, Cabo san Lucas, even in semi border towns in Mexico. Not Canada though because they too were harassing Viagra purveyors.

A legitimate escort review site, however, could probably operate quite freely in Canada because many forms of prostitution there are totally legal, although not all. Canada also has a "Charter" akin to our Bill of Rights, that protects free speech and explicitly protects a right of privacy. I know of two Canadian sites of that nature, and hundreds of web pages and websites operated by or for escorts themselves.
Maybe I'll move to Victoria, BC, and run a discreet service hosting American escort and review sites, with backup hosting in Prague or someplace. Hmm...

Ladies are allowed to be paid companions. Back in Canada ladies have to go to vice and explain why they want to be a companion. Vice runs a background check to make sure she's not a criminal.They grant the ladies independent contractor status and pay taxes. Ladies have to work for agencies who have licenses from the city. Agencies work till 2am in the morning. As far as mean hobbyists...Ladies call the police and they deal with them. LE would come in to the agencies and sit and chat. It was very strange to not fear LE as much.
Aside from the above everything is the same as the USA.

The city hits Agencies hard for cash. Yellowpage ads about $10,000, newspaper ads (agencies and girls pay for these)one ad for 5 days is about $200 per girl, business license for each girl $200. Then they do busts..charge the agency owners and hobbyist. Agencies have to keep books. The LE start at the first name and call them up. But what is so dumb is that the city gave them a license. I can't remember what the annual fee is to run an agency but it is very high.
Canada does not like independent girls. Independents cut the middle man (the city) out.
In the USA, so I've heard, LE enjoy the hobby. They just use fear instead of donations:)

A legal brothel in Nevada can expand on its industry by purchasing TBD. Then they can earn more money by handling ads for providers worldwide. I wonder if he would sell it for oh say, about 195,000 in cash. Is that opportunity at the door?

1/ TBD's bank accounts, and probably other assets are frozen, liened, and subject to confiscation now, so it's like selling the Brooklyn Bridge.
2/ Nevada brothels are limited to operating in certain counties, and cannot even work in Las Vegas or Reno, much less have impact out of State. There are even limits on how and where they can advertise.
3/ Nevada brothels are still subject to federal laws, such as RICO, the Travel Act, Mann Act, etc.
4/ There is no way the Tampa authorities (actually Hillsborough County)or the State LE would let those servers fall in other hands to do what the Baptists preachers call the work of *you know who!* LOL

You get the picture now, I'm sure.
TBD is history for better or worse.
It's time to move on.
We are very fortunate to have TER.
