I understand and agree that verification is a must, yet there are providers that seem reluctant to acknowledge you on the verification sites or white list you on TER. If the client arrives on time, is clean, pays as requested and behaves like a gentleman, why the hesitation? Especially if they post a positive review? (scratching my head over this one)
There are providers that aren't reference friendly or take forever to get back to another provider. I even asked one before seeing here and after seeing her if she was reference friendly. It took many texts from a provider with whom I had made an advanced appointment, myself and finally two phone calls my me. She contacted the provider too late for the appointment.
If the head of the CIA can't keep his biz a secret, not much hope for the rest of us...
(just love the way these simple questions spin off with a life of their own)
Some providers just don't give references and perhaps you are thinking you came off one way, and to the provider it was totally different. I only white list guys I would not only see again, but that I truly think are exceptional. I will not give them to just anyone...references are another story, and I will gladly vouch for any guy I have seen in the last six months. Any longer than that, I will not take the heat for what happens.
think that the WL is comparable to the hookers, courtesans, escorts, prostitutes (did I leave any names out...don't want to offend anyone LOL) Top 100 list.
I turned off my WL...but then I don't give any hookers (see above for PC name you wish to insert) my TER name for a session.
Well...there is one LOL But she's the only one...seriously ![]()
reference friendly? She will say of course because she wants your business! Many providers that I know say the same thing and will not give a reference. I have lost some dates because of this. Some of them feel as if they own you if you have seen them. It's ridiculous and stupid but it is what it is.
well the IRS code states that you must report any and all sources of income. So if you aren't reporting all of your income you are still breaking the law. It's king of like being a little pregnant.
But you whitelisted CPA!

I did turn off my WL a while back.
I didn't want asswipes like you thinking that sweethearts like LR would see guys like me.
I have a reputation to protect, and don't want my haters to diss the gals that know me better.
Or something like that ![]()

But I just can't imagine you being an "exceptional" client. Bwahahaa! ![]()

Welcome back man!

It's name came from the opposite of a Black List. But that isn't what it is. It's a P411 and its type, but it isn't accepted as anywhere near as well. What is the big deal. Some providers feel its akin to their spiritual virginity.
If you'd give a referral, put him on the white list. What is a referral? It was for protection, but now girls will be girls and they want to know everything they can. It was, will he hurt me, behave like most men, did he break any rules I wrote down that I know he read and he wasn't LE. Was he late, stutter, insist on a position I listed, but don't like isn't part of safety. Haven't you ever been late. Why did you list a service you don't like (for ratings?) If you refer him White list him.
I'm not very thrill by whitelisting my friends because it is almost a "Public record" or accessible to all of us who pays for a VIP membership. From my point of view, i see it like this: it supposed that reviews are a collection of fantasies written by several anonymous authors. If I white-list that author, I'll be agreeing that part or all of that fantasy is real and/or at least that we have met. That could be used against me on a legal scenario (Hopefully never happen, doenst hurt to be extra-cautious)
Giving an Ok on P411 or giving a good reference on Date check, is not a big deal, actually a pleasure and a peace of mind.... only providers can access to clients record. And other clients can't just find other clients nor see how many oks have a provider given or how many oks a clients has.
In regards to giving a reference to another provider, unless I'm out of the country, I've never had any problem on doing so, and replying promptly is a crucial for me, is my way to show my respect for your time (provider's and client's)... Sometimes I'll go the extra mile and share what I remember of his likes to ensure that he has a good time. I'm not afraid "loosing" a client/friend ... most of them come back, at least once more... ![]()
But that's me... Sometimes I wish, that at lest in this aspect, there were more ladies around like me... but, oh! well! ![]()

Admitting the guy saw you I mean. Nothing is ever totally private either including what is seen on screening sites. Anyone can access them.
True, but we have fake reviews... in case of emergency, they i can always say 50% are fake.
Call me paranoid, but it would be a way to protect myself. I heard of a case of a girl in which besides of being charge for prostitution, IRS came over her and charged her for tax evasion holding as a firm proof the amount of reviews and white list she has.
I hope never have to go through that.
Anyway, my ideal is "why make thing easy for prosecutors", right?
Maybe are nonsense, but make sense in my mind and I feel one degree safer. yeah! call me naive and crazy ![]()

You have a total of 7 2012 reviews. First off IRS doesn't "just come over". And if you did get a notice seeking to audit 2012 I gotta believe that you are at least showing as income $ 5,000. And that is before your expenses. That is a weak argument to use for not WL some john.
And if you're looking at the WL and reviews as some type of defense...why? LE needs to catch you in the act of getting paid to fuck. Should that happen...then you might have an issue with all of the other info out there...including YOUR own website advertising that you're a hooker. Maybe you want to take all that down and go completely UTR?
So OK...I'll call you naive and crazy. But crazy can be good..just don't ever get BSC ![]()

Like I said before "maybe is nonsense but make feel one degree safer"
And yes you are right, I declare closer the 6 figures (with out reaching to the 6 of them)... so that keeps my mind in peace. I'm doing one illegal thing, don't need to be stupid and do two of them LOL!

Sounds like somebody doesn't understand tax laws. First 2012 isn't due until April 2013. So nothing in 2012 will bother you now. They take a while to audit, but they're hardly limited to the number of your reviews for evidence of your income. I point out that with all his rackets and murders Al Capone went down for Income Tax Evasion. If nothing else the hassle and worry on a civil audit with fear over your head doesn't make it worth not paying your taxes. As to how to do it.
Then civil and criminal work differently. There is a school in NYC and a possible provider's seminar in So Cal that would answer many questions or send you in the right directions for more reliable info on such matters than you get here.
Quite a few interesting and valid points on this, thanks.
Response to whitelisting, i have heard that from other providers that don't like to give a whitelist referral. But at the same time if i write a review and don't mention any form of donation and just write about our sexual experience, what is the problem with giving that person a whitelist referral. Your just acknowledging that person, not that you got paid for it. Nobody can prove anything if there is no mention of money exchanged.
Don't forget that prices/rates are mentioned on our profiles.
And then, again, I/we would have to be caught in the act to be charged/prosecuted for anything. I'm careful and I hope that will never happen to me.
I don't mind other way of referrals.. it only White-list the one I don't feel comfortable with...
Still I don't need to lower MY comfort level in order to acknowledge you or our time together.
you need a little brush up on 4th Amendment. IRS is just not going to come knocking on your door and search your PC... They have go through the due process...
I'm sure there must a be process of which I'm not completely aware of... Still, I'm completely ignorant (if that's what you are trying to say
)
My idea to point out something that it may happen, due to the review/referral system.
I met this girl, "Cristina Warthen" last year in LA. I didn't ask for much details about how they were able to probe everything of what she did. The main idea is that it can happen.

While I agree that reviews are a necessary evil.. I do not like them for myself and I choose not to white list a client and even dislike acknowledging my client relationships to the world..
Why you ask? Because it feels an awful lot like kissing and telling. Also, what I do with you may not be what I choose to do with someone else and then after reading my reviews He has an expectation of what I did with you.. which seems a bit unfair.. Most importantly,, My relationship with my favorite client is personal and I will acknowledge that between the two of us..
I have no problem with giving a reference to a reputable and verified provider even if he is my favorite client but I don't have to announce it to the world..............
You meet somebody at a party. You make small talk, find out you have a few things in common, and end up hanging out together for a couple of hours.
The next day, he calls you and says he is applying for a job, can he use you as a reference?
You have one session with a provider. You don't kill her. Does that prove you won't kill the next one?
Your question implies a provider with whom you have had one session. I think asking for a whitelist reference would be ridiculous after a single session.
If a provider is reluctant to whitelist you after multiple sessions, I guess I'd refer to what several of the ladies have said on this thread. Or, maybe they are just not that into you ![]()
He asked for a WhiteListing, Preferred411 referral and to see me again.
No, no and no on all three counts.
Some people in this business are incredibly un self-aware about their hygiene and strange personalities.
I don't feel obligated to give online references for all clients.
My rule is would I refer this client to my best friend or a brand new girl on her first day as her *very* first client?
If I can't say yes to either of those, I don't provide the online references.
I will instead give the client a reference via email indicating that he visited, paid, did not hurt me and was not "trouble" (legal or otherwise).
Often times girls will just check the online referrals, see the client has seen a known provider, not follow-up with her for a personal reference instead seeing him based purely on that referral and then complain on the backend that the referring provider's word is not good.
I provide dozens of references monthly and hope that my word is as good as gold with other providers, I protect that reputation by not giving out WhiteListings or third party verification system referrals willy-nilly like.

a different level of "ok" kind of like whitelist. for clients you've seen more than twice. an ok given after one visit might not represent the truth. That way a provider would not have to worry if the one was a fluke.
I've never had a problem getting a White List as long as the girl is a TER member & not an agency girl.
All clients are expected to be clean, show up on time, pay, and behave like a gentleman.
There would be a whole lot more hobbyists with whitelists if those were the only criteria for receiving them.
you did not provide her the 15 orgasms that she is used to getting from other guys.
