On Friday I helped a fellow provider who’s vehicle had been impounded and disabled. She seemed genuine and honest, but in a tight spot. We’ve all been there! I paid the impound fee’s which weren't much…I paid a locksmith to reprogram the key FOB which was highway robbery…then I walked the few blocks down to the auto-parts place to get a jump box because the impound yard was being very unhelpful. I left my car there to use the auxiliary power outlet to run my battery recharger I normally use for PowerWheels batteries.  
  Unbeknown to me the time, so when I returned with the battery jumper, it was a few min after 6 when they close. Even with local law enforcement assistance, we were met with shotguns at the gate when asking nicely to remove mine or her vehicle.
 EVERYTHING I OWNED WAS NOW LOCKED IN THAT GATE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY… MY WALLET, ID, LIFE SAVINGS IN CASH, TOOLS, COLLEGE BOOKS,AND PRIMARY CELLPHONE ON THE CHARGER.
  I accidentally still had the key to her vehicle so I thought I would be okay and just meet up with her in the morning to go get our cars and personal effects. I WAS WRONG.  
  I called her to tell her that I had the key and a MANDATORY WORK MEETING and I was coming to grab her to go get our cars. She was upset I still had the key , but in the final commotion I must have put it in my pocket. Its not like I could steal the car anyway plus I had to get what she owed me for the locksmith and impound. We agreed to meet around 12:30 at the hotel and ride down together.  
   When I called the impound yard to let them know what time we would be there so they didn't charge an extra day storage and i was informed that she arrived at noon AND she had a towtruck pick up her car and all of my personal belonging inside it. It was Friday so I had just cashed my paycheck from the last 2 weeks plus every penny I had made as well. IT WAS ALL IN CASH TO PAY FOR THE PARTS & EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY CAR. (SHOP ONLY TOOK CASH  
…And POOF, she was gone. She wont answer her phone and doesnt have a permanent address. I have Patricia’s full real name and she goes by “Chocolate Ice” in the hobby. She works out of extended stay hotels in the Perimeter area, african american, short hair, slender, and she has a heart tatoo beneath her adams apple between her collarbones. I’m offering a reward for any information leading to locating her in hopes of getting my things back and whatever money is left (God willing).  
   WITHOUT CASH, ID, OR CREDIT CARDS I CANT EVEN GET A HOTEL, GROCERIES, OR EVEN A DECENT MEAL.
