As I said in the previous thread...Las Vegas is notorious for being SIN CITY and a TOURIST town which allows the ladies to JACK UP their prices. In any other City/State these nice, beautiful ladies would only be making $250 to $350 an hour. These ladies dont usually offer discounts because they dont have to...gentlemen are expecting to pay $400+ right out of the gate.
Apparently the provider in your town can get the High Rate she advertises in YOUR STATE but cannot get the same rate in others. Perhaps she is one of the prettiest or more reputable providers in your town...that can add $$$ to the going rate.

Time and Risk
I think the reason for the difference in INCALL and OUTCALL is TIME (and not gas money). It's takes TIME to drive (or get a cab) to the Outcall location, time she could be setting other appointments. And also there is the risk involved. I read a statistic that said that 85% of Vice bust's are for OUTCALL and 15% are INCALL. Apparently it is alot easier to set up a bust/sting in a hotel than in the providers Incall location (though Incall Locations do get busted0.

I dont rush my clients so I dont really know how to answer that.
I did have one incident where a new client was insisting on a service I do not provide. We had a little "back and forth" until finally I said "Well would you like a refund?"...even though we had already been in our appointment for more than 25 minutes. I was ready to give him a refund. I dont want a disatisfied customer.

I have a general question about a touchy subject. I know that a lady has the chose to set whatever rate she wants for her time. That is a given. But I have no clue as to what some of these lady's base this decision on.
Case #1
There is a lady who operates in my town. The market is fairly saturated but her rate is at the very top of the scale. A one hour visit from her will cost you $$$$$! Yes I didn't stutter type. And that rate recently went up. It was $$$$. Anyway, I recently saw a post on another site that indicated she was going to be touring. Her tour rate in the two cities in question was $$$1/2! A much much lower rate than what she charges in her home base. I would easily say that the two cities she is visiting have the same, or if you judge by EROS, less providers than our home city. It just so happens by sheer luck I will be in the same city she is touring and have set something up. My question is should I even ask her why the big difference in price? Typically most providers, when they tour, will either keep their local rate or increase it to compensate for travel expenses.
Case #2
Why is it that some lady's have different prices for in-call and out-call? I know it may have to do with the cost of gas which would lead you to believe that outcall would be more expensive. Well not in my town. I would say its 50-50 that either the in-call or out-call rate will be higher. What gets me is that if a lady charges more for out-call, the difference in price could gas her tank up two or three times. Plus I would think its easier for them to end the session than to convince the guy his time is up. Some lady's in-call is more because they may be renting a motel room or its the place they live at as well (which is stupid if ever busted). But again, what is the factor used to distinguish the gap in rates per service type?
Case #3
If an hour is paid for and it is agreed a head of time that the session is not "up to" an hour, shouldn't the client get a refund if the lady rushes the session and tries to get him out early? I read all the time about guys who were rushed. Would or should it be right to ask for a portion of the donation back in light of such situation? It seems like deposits are becoming more common place to secure long term appointments. Its a sign that a lady's time is valuable. Well what about a client's? This is one of the few service industries where the client is not always right. And based on the intimate nature of it, the client should not ALWAYS be right but I think more consideration to customer service should be paid attention to to lessen the tension I read and hear about recently.

Case #1
I knew a young lady (at my age your all young ladies) once that had a client that she didn't want to see because she wasn't comfy with him. She knew what his spending limits were so she priced herself out of his range.. This made her expensive to everyone.. This worked better than she could have hoped for as she picked up a couple of new clients and some great referals..I know this is a rare case, but sometimes things just work out that way..God bless her..

The extra charges may vary depending on the provider. If she uses a nice hotel room it's worth the extra bucks. Some providers rent apartments to work out of, so they can amertize the expense. It's an expense just like anyother business.. As for out call, it's not the gas, it's the time it takes to drive to and from the outcall location... Time is money..

I don't ask for refunds..this isn't Sears..It's not the knid of hobby where there's guarantee's... I just chalk it up to experience and tell her know when I leave this is not good for your reviews..I usually give the girls the benifit of the doubt, after all they are human , and they have bad days to.. If they are a good provider they will take care of me in the long run..If not...It's a shitty review...

1) No, you shouldn't ask. Will the answer somehow influence your life? She isn't going to change her rates for you back at home (versus the SLIGHT possiblity you might would be able to get her to charge the home rate if it were lower since you a from the same town). All you can gain from inquiring is pissing her off, so why bother?
2) Like has been noted already by the other posters...it is the TIME involved...not so much the expense, for outcall. Plus...the sort of gal who does outcall (mostly or exclusivly) is probably NOT the sort of woman who is doing the "production line" thing....4 or 5 clients a day, coming and going out of the incall location. So...she is more inclined to charge more for her time...because you might be her only client that day. I am perfectly ok with this personally...I MUCH rather pay 20 - 30% more for a mid-level independent who does mostly outcall than feel like I am participating in a "wham-bam-thank you ma'am" activity. I have read reviews of guys who arrived just in time to see the otehr guy leave...or departed and saw the next guy arriving. That just creeps me out.....this is why I don't do incall...(I did once...and it was FANTASTIC...see my eview of Crystal...but she is VERY much a lady...she wouldn't conduct herself that way...and on top of that I made sure I was an early afternoon appointment...1st one in the pool....and I only did it because I was away from home).
3) Not a chance...but I TOTALLY agree that there seems to be a real lack of customer focus in the industry. The girls really seem to think of the guys as just sheep....ATM machines with legs. They talk about how valuable their time is...and how you are paying them for their time (and not just as a euphimisem to avoid the "sex-for-money" thing), but in reality it seems that they figure once you have "finished up", they have done their job, so the quicker they get you to cross the finish line, the quicker they can move on. I know not all ladies are like that....I am sure I will get some flames...but it has been my experience (though I MUST note that I have also had WONDERFUL exceptions), and also what I have read.
Perfect example in my mind...that same lady...who was a DELIGHT...that I did incall with in Dallas (see review for "Crystal"), she had cancelled an appointment we ahd set up for earlier in the week. This was no small deal for me...I was there on business, and *I* had a schedule to keep with MY clients (who EXPECT me to be punctual and to keep my schedule). We set up a new appointment, but she failed to confirm until about an hour in advance. I was able to make the new appointment....it was the end of the week and all it required was blowing off lunch with some of the "front line" people who worked for my client..they just want to sit around and talk shop...the business had already been conducted between me and the real decsion makers....anyway...when I got to "Crystal" she revealed that she had cancelled our previous appointment just to go SHOPPING!! That is how little she thought of me and MY time....and I suspect many escorts are the same.
