First thank you to everyone who has responded so far. 1. In retrospect I should have said "Thank you, but no thank you." and left. However, I am weary of doing so for fear of: (1) Retaliation and (2) My own guilt and feeling like I should follow through. She mentioned this when we met at the bar prior to our meeting so I felt uncomfortable ending it there. It also didn't sound like a vaginal yeast infection etc so I thought it was OK to proceed. However, like I said, I should have stopped right there. Even so, she did not say it was going to affect our date. 2. She is not an 18 year old, mid 30's so she should know. 3. I understand with the looks thing and did quite a bit of research. I even found the model who she apparently uses on her site. When I asked about it she said she looked just like her. Maybe that should have been a sign too. I am very picky so I really shouldn't have proceeded without photos of her. But so many escorts do not provide face photos, which I completely understand. 4. However, 10's and 9's? It really is inexcusable to give a girl who is obviously not even a 6 or 7 a 10. Maybe you like the type or her service was good, but we are hurting ourselves when we inflate the scores. I try to look at how the guys rate their other providers but again if I don't know the other providers ... 5. My only recourse is to not see providers unless they have over 20 or so reviews. I'm afraid even then it's really a crap shoot. Spending $700-800 per hour should guarantee quality. I'm sorry it should.
In my most recent exploits in the hobby, I have started to become quite jaded. Specifically, the ratings system for looks. The last two providers were rated very high, one with all 10's on looks (9 reviews) and the other with about a 9 on looks after 12 reviews. The first was not a 10, but perhaps an 8 or so. She wasn't ugly but def not a 10. The second was so bad I'd have to rate her a 5 at the highest. It was really bad. Secondly, the first one mentioned above wouldn't let me touch her pussy - no DATY, finger outside or inside - and the sex seemed odd, for lack of a better word. She claimed that she had had an infection and was on antibiotics. If that's the case shouldn't she have told me ahead of time and let me decide if I wanted to proceed? She also kept using an awful lot of lube. Was not a turn on.
Is it just me or do others have the same problems?

saw 3 providers in a row, very expensive, and very not memorable, one down right ugly imo and no connection whatsoever.
actually didn't hobby for about a year after that (actually because of other life concerns). then i got back into it, and happened to hit a hat trick, 3 great gorgeous fun and well-priced ladies in a row.

You have to do some extra research, I don't know your experience level in this hobby, but I will say this. Some reviews are a bit inflated to say the least. Do as much research as possible, meaning find as many angles and pictures of said provider as you can before seeing her, if your simply going by looks. You have to think, whats hot to one man is average to another, sometime I look at several client reviews as well, simply to see what constitutes a 10, 9, 8 etc in the looks department.
Also, something to take into account, most providers with a nice website means they have put some work into it, to see them all glamoured up is about the same as expecting your girlfriend to perform like your favorite porn star. I tend to love the more natural look, as it is a better representation of what she will look like.
After a while you have to stick with just a handful of providers that you know you click with and fit your taste. When you get too greedy you always get one of those situations where you meet a woman who you think is going to be a superstar and she turns out to be an average woman with a hyped up website and exaggerated reviews.
Seeing a client when you have an infection and don't want to be touched or no DATY? That's just sad :
Young women tend to have more problems than we do sometimes. Most but not all tend to be a little late or not ready. I just accept it as normal and enjoy the girl when she is ready. They don't do it on purpose. I had one with unknown problems cancel and another wreck their car in the 3 hrs. it took me to drive to the apt.. Thank goodness it was an agency so a third girl was sent to meet me. You have to give her some sympathy. If she is sick and not able to do her job she should cancel. Looks are somewhat up to the eye of the beholder. I score it too because it's beauty to me. Being older I think I appreciate beauty of young ladies more than some. I rate them accordingly.
TBH, looks are always in the eye of the beholder. But with me in my 40's, any provider in their 20's has a built-in "+1" to their attractiveness. Still, even though I'm new to the hobby, I try to judge a girl's 'hotness' relative to the pics in her ad, rather than my ideal.
I try to make sure the text of my reviews are accurate for performance, appearance, and emotional connection. But, YMMV, as always.

He asked, shouldn't she have told him ahead of time? That leads me to believe that she told him AFTER. I doubt many guys would proceed with a provider who says she has an infection before the party starts. I can see several providers who wouldn't say anything until after, however. He has a point, reviews are almost worthless and inflated. Hobbyists don't dare say anything negative in a review because the community will come out in force to vilify and crucify him. The same guys who tell him to "review" any bad session will switch over to their alias and call him a "liar" and accuse him of all kinds of nonsense. It's a lose, lose situation for most hobbyists, but we get to pay for the experience.
I guess knowing myself I would stop that session the second the person says they have an infection. Is what I meant. He did the entire session according to the post. I guess I have more balls than most to be direct with that person if I feel my health is being jeopardized.
Seems we are talking about two different things, before/during and after. I'm still thinking after because, like you, I would have noped if out of there quick.
I totally agree, I think you have every right to politely say its clearly not a "good time" in every sense of the word and leave, taking your donation. maybe a polite "here's xx for the time" but even then, the provider is sick and infected, that is creepy and risky.

(we've all had them), I've been fortunate enough to have many excellent encounters. Since each encounter is unique and each woman is unique, I try to avoid stereotyping and thus becoming "jaded".
Everyone knows the appearance scores in reviews are very subjective... one man's 10 is another man's 5. It just is. One guy likes a "curvy" gal and gives her a 10, the next guy sees and 10 and books, only to realize she isn't the "spinner" he prefers. Doing good homework, PM'ing reviewers and especially knowing what you like can all help to interpret reviews in ways that lead to better experiences.
As for the vag infection.... that's on you. You should have simply left, IMHO. Not just unsafe, but a bit gross and destined to be subpar.
So YES, everyone has the same problems, we all just deal with them a bit differently I think.

As far as being on antibiotics, it's true and very common that some women can get a yeast infection from them. Regardless, she should have told you she wouldn't be able to provide all the services she normally does.

That's the main problem I've found. Ratings are normalized according to age it seems. The other is that blonde bunnies get more value than they should and mysterious brunettes don't get enough. I think Asians in particular suffer for that. Also girls that are athletic, like that actually workout and have strong arms and abs, don't get enough increase in looks for it. There's also a ton of fake reviews and I suspect reviews given as quid pro quo
The numerical scores are a good start but usually if she is really attractive and blurs her face the first lines of virtually every review are how attractive she is. If its not mentioned or pointed out often Ill take is as she isnt up to her number. I usually try to include my age in reviews also because in one instance the provider was older than me and to me I lowered her score for that but if I was older I might think she was more attractive. I also think some clients thjnk they might get blackballed if they score to low.
I was going to post a similar thread along the same topic. Saw a girl recently who's pictures looked thin with some curves and the reviews and everything on TER suggested she was Thin - but she comes into the room at my hotel and she is clearly not thin. She wasn't a BBW but more average. Honestly, if it was an incall I would have left - I was looking for a specific experience and I feel I was dupped. But, there she was in my hotel room. It ended up OK and we had a good time - but it was not the body type I thought I was seeing.

Size 0-2 (unless she's below average in height) is runway-model thin. That's pretty small.
A size 4 is still quite slender on a woman of average height. Being tall, when I was a size 4 people were calling me skinny. Of course, it's not just size... it's how each woman carries it.
One of my celebrity crushes, Mariska Hargitay, has openly stated that she wears an 8. Her figure is far, far more delectable than "average" IMO. LOL.
Opinions on size are absolutely like opinions of beauty. What is "thick" for one person is going to be "thin" to another and vice versa. There just really is no solution. :shrug:

Your problem is that she is in her mid 30s. Again, people way overrate older providers. This provider is no doubt being visited by a ton of dudes that are senior citizens and who are too old for younger providers. Those guys rate a 10 because they are comparing her to old wrinkled women that are his normal social milieu.
did you read the details in her reviews to see about her performance related to what is listed in her profile? Did you PM any of the reviewers with questions?
