Far be it from me to be a board cop, but this is getting ridiculous.

Two recent threads asked providers to weigh in on a question, and ALL the responses are by dudes, not the dudettes.

Give the gals a chance to chime in first at least.

..I am probably guilty of jumping on the posts, if I have something to say (and its very seldom that I don't), but as long as  the responses made are relevant, its a fair game.

Sometimes a question may be directed at the ladies, but a hobbyist can have a very good perspective on things, and can answer it equally well.  After all, we are other the other side that completes the equation.

Its an open board and anyone can reply to anyone's posts.

If there is something that the ladies don't want us to see, then they can post it on PO board...

I do find it rather ironic that as a lawyer you get about to same rate for "pitching" as a provider does for "catching" lmao

Of course on the rare occasions that I charge by the hour, my rate is about the same as yours, so I guess I am the pot calling the kettle black. and yes I charge CPA's more too. lol

My accountant in "real life" is a monger as well.

I showed up the first time with my secretary/exprovidergf in tow, and somehow the hobby came up in conversation the next time we met, I knew he was the right guy for the job after that. lol

What's also funny is how he always clears his schedule whenever I need to see him, I think I am a happy diversion in an otherwise boring day because we usually spend ten minutes on actual business, and an hour talking about the hobby.

Too far off.  Ten years ago, I decided to base My fee on the prevalent high end Provider rate so that I can think of every billable hour as a future session.  My time tracking greatly improved.

CPA's learned that in undergrad...and honed those skills from Day 1  :D
