I'll drive 2 hours one-way max. I've made several treks from Orlando to Tampa...

From my usual O-Town work or home location to the most common Tampa provider outposts is about a 105 mile one-way drive which in typical I-4 traffic will take you from 1:45 to 2 hours...

I do try to limit this as it pretty much requires a full day off from work if you consider 4 hours drive time plus a 2-hour rendezvous. But sometimes the Tampa goods are just too tempting...lol!

I know I read this here before somewhere but could not find it....

I am sorta curious about this..

This is not referring to a "lunch time break" kinda visit..
But where time allows for that full GFE...

Just how far is to far???

Since I always travel, and hobby as part of my travels, it's generally 3 to 4 hours.   I will admit I once drove 2 1/2 hours strictly to see an ATF for a 4 hour appt.  But that's rare on its own.

One time, I drove to San Diego just to see a lady because we couldn't make our schedules match on a couple of occasions. That is about a seven hour drive.

Another time, I had a trip to Seattle get cancelled on me, and had to cancel a date, so I invented a trip the following month. I did other things while I was there, but she was the main reason for the trip. That one was a three hour flight---and back.

If you don't include driving to Ft. Lauderdale last year for a M&G, I guess about an hour from home is the furthest I have gone.  Don't think I will go much more than that, since there are plenty of lovely providers within that distance from my home.

A post script, to go anywhere in the Tampa Bay area takes at least 30 minutes and more from any location in the area.  It's just spread out.

If you know this line, "TAG! you're it."  Follow it with another classic.

I have traveled that far on numerous occasions to see some of my favs.

because there is not providers in my area If i want to hobby I must drive at least 3 hours ( to Wichita Ks) or 4 1/2 to Kansas City.

and every few months will go to NYC which is three hours.

My longest motor trip was to Buffalo, about six hours to see Bev and Ciara.

I thought it would be more relaxing than flying, but I'm not so sure now.

I dunno how far I will drive... Certainly for a Fav, I'd go further than a first date.  So far the furthest is an hour & a half.

...I do travel extensively for business which often means 1000 to 2000 mile flights.

Until I retire, will probably not travel more than an hour and a half to see a provider.
Then again, looking at your photos and reviews, I may have to make an exception.

For me to drive to NYC, get to the location, find parking, and walk the rest of the way to her locale.  I've had a few two hour trips also, when traffic and/or weather are factors, or when I go to places other than Manhattan.  OTOH, if I stay in NJ, usually half an hour or less.  Now, if you include once flying across the country where I coordinated vacation time to coincide with a fav's visit to Vegas, over 2K miles...

I have a fav in South Jersey who I usually see when I am in the area on business. It had been about four months and I was missing her particular effect on me so I took a little road trip two weekends ago for a four or five hour session...BOY was it worth it!

Now, granted, I was doing a mileage run on a cheap fare to keep elite status on my airline anyway, but still...

and maybe London. Been to New York and will visit the west coast soon. Intense passion fuels the flame of my desire:)

At least in my mind, the most sensuous and exciting lady in the US is in San Diego and I've made several trips from Ohio to San Diego just to see her.  And I'll continue to do that as long as she's still in the hobby.

Fortunately, the "commute" is relatively easy since AmericaWest (now USAirways and perhaps United in the future) has direct flights from OH to AZ and it's a short commute from Phoenix to San Diego.

But anything more than 20 miles and I'm going to be both too tired to be interested and too sweaty for them to touch.

I have driven an hour each way just to have lunch with her.

but the metro DC offers ample numbers within those parameters; but I also often travel on business and get variety; if I'm driving rather than flying, and time permits, I've gone up to an hour out of my way.  The problem is that when you add in the appointment time plus travel, 2 hours is pushing it for how long I can be out of the office without drawing attention, and I really can't even do that very often; if I'm out of the office more than an hour, I couple it with a customer call in the area and explain it that way.

I like something more like 10 or 15. Hate to drive in traffic, particularly when I don't know where I'm going.

Depends.  If its a drive somewhere and return, probably no more than 4 hours.  If its a special someone and I'm going to stay in the area I am driving to, a day drive would be fine.  As a general practice wouldn't want to drive more than 1.5 hours on average.

Depends on the prize.

Drove 4 hours for an overnight adventure, once.  But, 1 hour is about average for me.

but usually if I'm gong that far it's to see a dozen different ladies, not just one. lol
