Little boys are raised to see themselves as the hero and the girls needing to be saved from God-knows-what by us.

It's pretty sexist and non-egalitarian, but childhood myths die a hard death.

I stummbled upon a profile on a civi site the end of the profile for the young lady said she was looking for a knight on a white horse what no brown horses for you pretty one??. I coming from NY haven't had dreams of Knights riding up on horses. Is this a women's fantasy or do guys actually want to be the knight for some fair maiden somewhere? Personally I say ditch the horse I would much rather ride the cowboy, who's going to save him I wonder.Kendall
